    @Newtype#153324 Very consumer unfriendly behavior to suddenly remove the Bunq Promo, Joint, Pack subscription.

    And suddenly started Charging €7,99 for the same features!

    Lots of cancellations incoming..

      I am very disappointed with The Bank of the "Free" with regards to their new change of politics where previous promises on subscriptions changed. Especially, I do not like the manipulation they are using in their message to change their promises (and get more money out of it). They can be honest, but when some organization uses a cause to get more money, that is very bad and not legal. We should all put a claim.

      Now, it is because of the green environment. For instance, they say: "More than 80% of bunqers indicated they wanted new subscriptions with the possibility to plant trees with all cards!" so... they wanted NEW, but nobody ask for changing current or removing. Maybe the question was already prepared to get the answer they wanted ;-). Also, who made that survey, 80%? can you give numbers, which organization did such a survey? is it a legit one? For me, this is how a bank make a manipulation under a fair cause, to get more money. Very bad. End of the Story. Definitely, I will close my account soon.

      Please change the sponsor of bunq to "Bank of the Profitable Green" or "Bank of profitable improvising"

Maar als mijn vriendin welke voorheen onder mijn joint viel nu ook een premium moet gaan betalen ben ik bang dat ik naar een andere bank ga. Wel gigantisch waardeloos dat ik 2 maanden terug een greencard heb gekocht

            I ordered the Green Card with 2 trees to be planted for every 100 Euro spent in my Premium Membership. This was the only reason for me to order the card. I do all card payments with the Green Card only.
            So Bunq has changed this even without asking me to 1 tree. This is not what I have ordered, the conditions have completely changed.
            I therefore request an immediate refund.

              @TimF#152985 As part of this big step to a greater bunq experience, we have discontinued the Joint subscription. In our research we found that our users were confusing between joint subscription and joint memberships. We have therefore simplified everything for you.
              Although we removed joint subscription your have upgraded to 2x premium that means your are getting more cards, more interest, more accounts, more everything!
              Alternatively, you can also join a pack and pay exactly the same as before!

                      €9 increase in price after just one year while halving the amount of trees planted per €100 spent? Direct debits still not included in the amount spent? Never asked for this, not too sure what to make of these forced policy changes.

Research has shown that a bunq SuperGreen user, by planting trees with all their bunq cards, will plant 50% more trees than a Premium user with a Green Card would have. In addition you get a free metal card included!

                          @bunq#153358 I wasn't confused. It was perfectly clear. Stop coming up with lame excuses about stuff not being clear or 81% of our users in some shady poll.

                          The way you bring is that 6 euro extra per month covers:
                          - 50 accounts instead of 25. Who ever needs that many accounts?!
                          - more cards. How many cards do you need? If I needed more cards, I would've switched to Premium myself, which I didn't!
                          - more interest. Wow, awesome! So far I got 1 euro interest in total in about a year. With a raise of 6 euro per month I think this argument is BS.
                          - more everything. Yeah, more money to pay you indeed.

                          Unbelievable.

                            @Eduardo-Blue-Falcon#153325 Hi Eduardo, in the survey it was explained that if we were changing the way we plant trees, we would have to remove subscription and simplify the subscription scheme to allow it. The answers were highly positive that is why we went for it, your feedback is of utmost importance for us and we listen to you for every decision we make 😊

                              Hi!

                              If you downgrade from SuperGreen, your Metal Card will be deactivated. You can always activate it again by upgrading to SuperGreen at any time!

                                  @bunq#153387 Dann hätten sie in der Umfrage auch Fragen sollen ob jemand bereit ist dafür mehr Geld zu zahlen! Dann wäre die Umfrage ganz anders ausgefallen. Fakt ist ich planze jetzt 50% weniger Bäume und das lässt sich nicht schön reden!!!
