I ordered a green card when they came out. If I change my subscription to supergreen will I receive a new card or can I put my existing metal card in that subscription? I don't need two metal cards

    Yes, any Pack member can go SuperGreen and the additional fee's will only be charged to that specific Pack member.

      You're old Green Card subscription is reverted into the SuperGreen subscription. As you paid in advance for the whole year you won't be charged till your billing date in 2021. The SuperGreen membership can only contain 1 Metal Card.

        @Cas#152971 You should already be on the SuperGreen subscription now if you ordered a Green Card. However, in that case you will only pay the normal Premium subscription price until March 2021, because you already paid the full year in advance.

          What happens, if I get the SuperGreen subscription. But I don’t want the GreenCard? Is this possible?

          And what will happen if I drop out of it after a few months? Do I still need to pay the difference to the 108 yearly?

            Dus als ik het goed begrijp betalen mijn partner en ik (we hadden eerst Joint) nu nog de komende 3 maanden in totaal €10 per maand, daarna gaat het dus naar €33,98 per maand?

              The old plan is fully discontinued today. So if you don't want to stay on Premium after that period your accounts/cards will be frozen.

                Qué ocurre con los que tenemos suscripciones Joint y/o Business pack? En mi caso tengo la green card con la Joint, se me va a actualizar? En caso afirmativo, va a afectar negativamente a la persona con quien comparto mi suscripción Joint?

                  Wat zijn dit voor grappen dan? Ik heb nu een Joint account met m'n vriendin voor 9,99 totaal per maand. Nu zijn we allebei ineens zonder bericht overgezet naar Premium wat ons dus 2 x 7,99 gaat kosten. Met als enige voordeel dat we wat meer pasjes kunnen aanvragen. Wie verzint dat?

                    1) Is the Zapier integration and the receipt scanning now also available for Personal Premium SuperGreen customers? (I think it was only Business users before.)

                    Yes! Premium SuperGreen members can now use Zapier just like Business SuperGreen members

                    2) Is the 2.5% for receiving requests/bunq.me payments paid with credit cards on top of the fees that the sender pays?

                    This is instead of the fee the sender pays. For all existing users, this will go into effect on the 2nd of June 2020 (60 days from now). For new users that sign up from today, it will apply straight away.

                    3) What do prices look like if I want a second Metal Card as a Premium SuperGreen customer? Probably I'm stupid but I don't really understand the pricing document there.

                    Currently SuperGreen members can have up to 1 metal card. We might revisit that in the future, and if we do we'll make sure everyone on Together is updated :)

                      If you only had Joint membership (without a Green Card) then you will be reverted to Premium and you both will pay €7,99 per month. If you also have a Green Card it will change to Premium SuperGreen and you will be charged €7,99 per person after the 3 months period and €16,99 per person starting at your billing date in 2021.

                              As a joint member, you have been converted to Premium (not Premium SuperGreen) 😊

                              If you previously had a Green Card, we would have converted you to Premium SuperGreen. 🌳

                              So as a Premium member, you will pay €7,99 after the 3 months.

                                @Tim#152987 Ok dus ik begrijp het goed. Een prijsverhoging van (minimaal) 60% vindt men blijkbaar normaal bij Bunq. Ik ga wel iets anders zoeken. Zo prijs je jezelf de markt uit.

                                  The Joint membership has been discontinued as of today and will be reverted into Premium with a 3 months discount period. You can upgrade to Premium SuperGreen at any moment though.
