• bunq Joint

I guess now it's the time for bunq to prove that they really value user feeback. There's enough user feedback here to make the forum explode.

For me this is a huge breach of trust. I would like an official statement (free of emojis and marketing speak) hopefully with an apology... and then maybe I'll consider staying.

@bunq#153618 Thank you for the clarifications, so it means that from 9,99 we will pay 15,98 for 2x of things which is questionable that you know if we need or not and surely we didn’t ask for nor we were asked about.
A pack subscription presumes that I find 2 other people outside of my family to share the subscription and I am not willing to do that.
    My feedback is:
    - the way you communicate it is not very transparent nor clear from the email
    - you say you value customers feedback so read this tread to understand how many are satisfied of your new proposal and learn from it
    - Joint was born to address a specific need of couples I was among the very first supporters. My forecast is that you will likely lose 50% of premium accounts of the couples and maybe maintain one of them depending on how angry each is about it
    - It’s not about the more money, but I feel really free if I can decide how to spend them, not if bunq decides for me. Sorry but you lost it on your core value.

@bunq#153618 You have really confused ideas I think. Joint is not the Bunq Pack. It costs double! 😅

@freakyaxel#153668 bunq Pack is for 4 persons for 20 euro, Joint is for 10 euro, so it's actually the same price per person (if Joint was used by 2 persons)

Thank you for your feedback, we’re here to listen to your wants and needs to always improve your bunq experience. To keep our Together Community enjoyable and accessible for all our users we ask you to follow our Community Guidelines: https://together.bunq.com/d/6226
Help us create a happy and respectful environment for you to enjoy. We’re all here to create something amazing, together. Thanks!

@Sander#153641 not sure if it's wise to make such a statement here. It doesn't add much to the discussion and you might have just scared lots of potential devs from applying to work there. Just my 2 cents.

I never saw the Poll beforehand. I looked at it just now and it is in no way clear that Joint is to be removed and existing Joint subscribers are going to be transferred to Premium. This is simply misleading. Please, Bunq, listen to your users and either bring back Joint (which you can!) or make the discount permanent. Otherwise, lose two more customers.

@TwitNour#153677 4 people. But if I was using joint with 2 people before, paying 9.99, I would have to do the pack and pay 19.99 even if only 2 people are using it

@Sander#153641 Hahaha if companies tell their employees to earn less and work here "only if you believe in what they do", they 100% exploit their employees. Very very bad way to treat your employees.

A company should give a honest pay to their employees, because the company values their employees and the work they deliver, not the other way around 😉

@Richard-Orange-Dragon-2540547673#153635 Hi Rick, if you open 2 Premium account, it also means you have 2x the perks: 2x more interests 2x more cards, 2x more accounts, 2 times more of everything! You can also join a Pack subscription and will pay the same amount as before

Blijft de connect mogelijkheid wel ?

Bunq is a great product and it truly is more valuable than its competitors. With Bunq we were able to get a better grip on our finances with less effort. However, there is a limit on what a bank account should cost each month. At the Rabobank I pay 5 euro for a joint account. With Bunq it now triples. With these prices, how should I ever convince other couples to come to Bunq as well?
Yes, twice the perks is nice, but there comes a point where more cards and more accounts will not bring us more overview.

@bunq#153704 “You van also join a pack subscription and will pay the same amount as before”.

@LauraOE#153747 Hi Laura, it costs the same if you join a Pack subscription where you can be 4 for 19,99 euros/month

@bunq#153765 Yeah but we don't have 4 people. We have 2.

@LauraOE#153762 Klopt.
