There’s been a lot of confusion around Joint Memberships today. We’d love to clarify what’s going on 🙌.
First we'd like to let you know that Joint Memberships in their old form were broken. They were a huge source of Together questions and support tickets, had all sorts of corner cases, and didn’t work as well as we’d like you to experience. Some examples are the continuous confusion between Joint Accounts and Joint Memberships, the 4 card limit confusion and so many other things.
So we decided to rebuild them for you. We looked for all the possible ways to do this, and came to the conclusion that it was impossible to achieve a better experience without resetting Joint. And to effectively start from scratch.
To make sure this process went as smooth as possible for you we cut the process into 2 steps. First: we give all joint membership users an upgrade to Premium without having to pay anything extra. This includes all the benefits of Premium over joint (more sub-accounts, more cards, more MassInterest, more everything!).
Then, going forward there will be 2 options:
- The new Joint which we will announce within the next 2 months, with a significantly better experience than now;
- Or, alternatively you can simply choose Pack. Pack allows you to have 4 Premium memberships for just €19.99 a month. The exact same price as Joint, whilst offering you more! You can choose a Pack, today, if you like.
