I too have my opinions about all these changes to Bunq recently. And I might voice them at one stage.
I dont come here often but have been reading up on a lot of comments and people's concerns here and find the discussions interesting.
However....
Most of the topics I wanted to respond to have been closed. Others have been removed. There are mentions of peoples account being muted, even though they have in fact been giving constructive feedback.
Whats going on here guys. The bank of the free is now not letting people ask questions and voice their opinions on here anymore?
The first topic from 5 days ago. Had a lot of replies. I was reading through them and wanted to respond. To my suprise I couldnt, the topic was closed. Bunq said it had closed the topic because some people had been giving " unconstructive feedback".
Ok great, isnt that what mods are for? if people go too far, you remove the comment. But now you are closing topics?
And then you mention we just want constructive feedback. Well out of those 100's of responses there was a lot of constructive feedback, maybe not all. And I wanted to give my thoughts too. But am now unable to do so..
But you close the topics with negative comments. So if I open a thread. ask a completely valid and constructive question or give constructive feedback. and people respond to my thread and a few bad apples say something "unconstructive" , my topic would get deleted.
Also Ive never been a fan of not letting people share their opinions. Some people are genuinely disappointed, a lot of the feedback was negative.. So what? That should also in the end give you " constructive feedback" let people just voice their opinions. Even the negative/disappointed comments are mostly respectful enough. As long as nobody giving insults or going too far with their comments. Let people be free.. it will show character on Bunq's part.
