Bunq billed auto export twice in a row in my case (which should be included in my Supergreen Business). Heard back from Support today that they will correct this.

    Are you charged for Zapier in particular, or do you have a charge for SuperGreen? As Zapier now is part of the SuperGreen addon for your business membership.

    Zapier is free as in included with SuperGreen, but SuperGreen itself isn’t free.

      Well currently they're on SuperGreen, but get a 10 euro rebate for 3 months. Not sure if billing extra for Zapier integration during these months is intended or not, but it might be.

        @WJanson#158294 Yes, I was upgraded to Supergreen Business and then turned on Zapier which I’m now being charged for.

          @Jakob-Y#158295 This would be ok if and only if I could still download and access the old payment schedule. Since I cannot, it is not reasonable to charge for it.

            @Wicked-Monkey-Software-Navy-Frog#158296 If you are charged for Zapier on top of SuperGreen, than that’s indeed not correct as far as I know. I suggest to reopen a conversation with support via the Support Chat 💬 again.

                  Any updates on this? I'm still getting charged for all the extras that should be included in my Supergreen.

                    Last week Support corrected my running costs, and today I am once again charged for the extra features! This is getting ridiculous. Please update your billing system bunq.

                      Updates to their backend can't be deployed at any given moment. Usually they deploy changes on Tuesday night so when it's fixed it will be visible starting on Wednesdays.

                        @Tim#159436 Regardless, they can't just keep on billing me for this. This is the 3rd time already. They also retroactively put me on Supergreen from March 10th, and incorrectly charged for the services since then. It's fine that bunq comes up with new subscriptions, but make sure you bill your customers fairly. And right now that's not happening. And 2 or 3 Wednesdays already passed since this problem was reported...

                          I understand it's annoying but constant posting isn't going to speed up the process of a fix. Billing systems are unbelievably complex and such changes need to be tested and rolled out, especially as their was a mistake in an earlier version. These things take time.. And in case something goes wrong you can contact the private support team to refund any incorrect charges.

                            @Tim#159439 I have been contacting support on a weekly basis to have my billing corrected every week. But you must understand that it is getting really frustrating and annoying that I need to contact support every week, since I am being charged incorrectly every single week...

                              @Tim#159439 And I only get vague answers from support, saying they will be "reviewing my request". With no feedback or response otherwise. Then I see it corrected in my subscription overview, but no word on how or why. And no acknowledgement of anything going wrong in bunq's billing system. It's all very vague and non committal.
