Hi, my name is Wouter and I'm from Utrecht (NL). My first top up was at March 6th this year. The reason I joined bunq because I was fed up with the static ABN AMRO app, having only a few bank accounts and no budgeting functionalities. I really like the sorting function in combination with multiple bank accounts. I know it's two favorite features, but the sorting functionality can't exist without multiple bank accounts. And I have no guilty pleasures, I'm proud of all music I listen to :).
What I would like to share with bunq is to keep up the good work with the development and evolution of its app and service. bunq has been a relief compared to what I was coming from. Thank you for that!
What I would like to suggest, or at least hope that bunq realizes this, that change is good but too much change in a short time can be a little bit to much for a lot of people. Better make 1 change every week for 10 weeks than do 10 changes in 1 week. There are tons of examples of companies which lost a lot of its customers or even went bankrupt, because customers couldn't handle the sudden change and therefor couldn't identify themselves with the company anymore. By gradually changing things you give people time to adapt and accept. And the best way to market your company and your service it to create ambassadors of your brand. And that's by giving them time to adapt to and accept your changes.
