  • [Fixed] Bug in app for Business signup.

I want to create a new business account. I have a holding with an account. That holding is shareholder in another company. That company needs a bank account. If i create a new bunq account i can find me new company witht the kvk number, it 'automagically' gets some data about the company. Then sees that my holding is a major shareholder and asks, is that you tom bergisch beheer bv as director, i click yes and then it just keeps on loading and nothing happens. Looks like a massive bug to me in the app. Anyone have experience with this?

    Ah, I just tried this myself and ran into the same problem, thanks for finding it! While we work on a solution, could you try selecting "No, its not" when it asks "Is that you Tom Bergisch Beheer B.V?". All you'll have to do is fill in your name yourself instead of it being automatic. Let me know if that helps 😁

        I tried it, it asks about my business email account and it gives an error. It says "the item you requested could not be found". I have tried this before, and now i've reached the limit. If i try another emailadress, for example the one which i use with my other account, it says, "hey, is that you tom bergisch beheer bv".

            @Ricardo__#160561 Hi, it worked. Nowhere in the app can i find the update functionality, so i have to got to the app store and do it that way.

            I came across another bug. The name of the card is bergisch van schijndel tech, but that is more than 20 characters. I can click on it but not change it, i can change the description though.
