At bunq, you register your account with a phone number and email address.
These are both used as your alias, your bunq "address". This means that you can log in with these and that other users will be able to find you when sending a payment or a request 🔎
This is the reason you can only use the email address or phone number for one account. You can always change the phone number or email address that's connected to your account.
How can I change the aliases my account is connected to?
- Go to Profile
- Tap on Personal Information (for the account you want to update)
- Edit your info accordingly
- Select Done ✅
