According the documentation and the WWDC earlier this week they haven't made any changes to the NFC functionality in iOS so I don't think this is going to happen unfortunately.

The only change they've made regarding NFC is the possibility to use your Apple Watch as your student ID card in the states. No new possibilities for regular developers.

Besides a custom NFC payment integration probably won't work as good as Apple Pay does. So, unfortunately, we'll have to wait until it's officially available.
