  • Increase warning intensity for pending direct debits

It now happened to me twice: a direct debit expired because the amount changed above the merchant limit and I did not notice that I had to permit the transaction.

I think this happened, because there’s only a single notification which looks the same as a normal transaction notification for a successful transaction.

As bounced direct debit transfers most of the time lead to stress and fees of multiple euros I would really appreciate, if bunq would try harder to make me aware of the needed action. Either by multiple notification (maybe there’s a way to increase visual intensity) or even better by sending me a mail, e.g. 1-2 days before expiry.

        @smrqdt#166384 Wenn es dich überfordert, setze das Limit einfach entsprechend hoch damit die Lastschriften automatisch akzeptiert werden.

          @smrqdt#166384 Kan ook met de instellingen te maken hebben? Ik krijg juist als ik een incasso zelf niet accepteer binnen 5 dagen, juist (te) vaak genoeg berichten op mijn mobiel ‘er staat een incasso klaar’ en vergeet ik het nooit.

            @Petrus-Olive-Tiger#166512 Die kreeg ik ooit wel, maar tegenwoordig heel vaak niet. De helpdesk zegt er niets aan te kunnen doen. Irritant want dan moet je dus alsnog zelf in de gaten blijven houden of er toevallig 1tje blijft hangen.

              @JeroenE#166528 Oh, dat is dan ook typisch. En ik word juist bijna ‘gestalked’ met berichten dat ik een incasso nog niet geaccordeerd heb als ik na een dag al niet gereageerd heb. En ook de 4e dag nog een bericht. Te veel berichten voor mij dus. Maar dat is inderdaad aan Bunq om dat bij iedereen goed te laten lopen en niet te veel of te weinig herinneringen te versturen.
