• possible android 5 app error / bug ("no internet connection") ?

My bunq app was working just fine for months on my Android 5 device and all of a sudden since yesterday it doesn't work anymore.
Yes, I restarted the phone, I uninstalled and restarted and reinstalled the app and restarted and only afterwards tried to use it again, but keeps on nagging me about the fact that there is no internet connection
both before uninstalling and after reinstallation when trying to log-in and I am asked about my phone number.

There was no update installed since yesterday either in the app.

Any ideas? On the other phone (with higher Android) it works.

        YES. I changed the phone's date to 2019, it works like a charm ;)

        Seems like I need a new phone :D

          @Thorsten-Yellow-Turtle#167960 Yeah, I think it's indeed time for a new phone if you're using one that's 5/6 years old 😉
          Android 5 doesn't receive any updates anymore, so it isn't very secure.
