I use tap and pay a lot and since moving to bunq it became a big hassle. My two pain points are the reliability and reachability.
The "two tap" method seems inherently less reliable compared to the "one tap", but the latter is hard to reach (widget or app, both require unlocking phone + extra actions to navigate to the feature).
Ideally, bunq's tap and pay would work like Google Pay, which does not require authentication up 25 Euro (allowing payment from a locked phone) and accepts the phone being unlocked as authentication above that.
As a compromise, it would be great to have a shortcut on the lock screen. Many Android phones allow to place shortcuts on the lock screen allowing the user to quickly launch an app. It would be great if bunq would have a second launcher icon on the home screen which leads directly to tap and pay and can be used as a shortcut on the lock screen.
