• Additional questions about bunq V3 (2)

How do the “add on” indicators increment? I’ve been a bunq desktop user for a long time but this seems not to be taken into account?

    I can’t find the dual pin configuration, where is it?

        @Moustafa#171791 Then you have the choice for request, split and share the payment. Not to add a receipt.

          I use daily switching accounts on the card and Apple Pay. Make it so I can easy swap between accounts. 1 click so my cards come up then click on a card I want then select the account I wane link it to. Done.

            Ik heb dual pin gevonden bij de online kaart. Waarschijnlijk een bug.
            De support heb ik hierover een bericht gestuurd.

              @Oliver#171837 Das Problem hatte ich auch. Ich habe einfach im jeweiligen Konto eine neue Karte angelegt und statt einer zusätzlichen Karte war die alte dann wieder da.

                @Oliver#171837 Ik heb hier ook last van en ook gemeld aan support. Met wat andere bugs die ik op dit moment heb.

                  Meine Online Karten fehlen. :-( habe dann eine neue Online-Karte angelegt und sie wurde als Mastercard angelegt. Wie kann ich diese wieder löschen ?

                    As some already mentioned i can’t see all my online cards anymore but i also can’t find any option to delete a card i accidentally created... wtf bunq...?

                      @bunq#171379 In your post about known bugs @Ricardo_ posted, that the bug with Online Cards is fixed, but I still can't see more than one online card. Is this an app update I have to wait for?

                        @johannes#171962 It’s not an app update, the online cards are now displayed in the cards window, under “me”

                          @Dcoche#171968 When I posted my comment they weren't in this new menu, now they are - so it's actually fixed now!

                              From the early start of beta testing I was aware of the problem with visibility of online Mastercards. Bunq made up to 5 online cards available for everyone in the past. But only one is now showing in V3.

                              Just to be able to lookup carddetails and settings for the other 4 cards I have V2 on another device. But... looking this morning I do not see any online card anymore in V2 but a card tab saying 'Activate online cards'? So even the one I can see in V3 is not there. Didn't proceed going through this set up as I don't know how this will interfere with online cards I still have/

                              Bunq just be clear, do you mean to say from now on there is only 1 online card available for everyone? Or is it something needs to be worked on?

                                I used to have 5 but can't see them all but 1 only.

                                  @Theodorus-Azure-Tiger#171998 Even een “pull-to” refresh (iOS) doen dan update de pagina zich. Werkte bij mij. Alle passen zijn nu zichtbaar.

                                    You have to act NOW and revert back to V2! The amount of bugs alone makes people unable to make use of there bank acount!! This is unacceptable!!!

                                    Please put away your pride and take your loss, put V3 back into beta testing or something and give the rest of us V2!
