Een jaar terug betaalde ik ca € 1,50 per maand nu de afgelopen maanden ruim € 10,-. Waarom deze absurde prijsverhoging ? Ik had deze vraag reeds eerder gesteld maar nimmer antwoord. En waarom ineens een zwart scherm ? Niet erg opwekkend moet ik zeggen. En last but not least, waarom antwoorden in het Engels ?

Probably because they don't make enough money. At some point Ali's personal money will run out and if bunq is to exist longer than that, well they need to make profits at some point.

That's indeed not so great. But apparently they're already working on bringing a "bright mode" back. Let's hope it comes soon!

bunq mostly communicates in English, because they're operating internationally in the whole of Europe and most of their clients don't speak one single language, as do their employees. If you're browsing Together, you can always use the integrated translation feature in case something is unclear. That way you can also easily read posts in German, French, Spanish etc. (well tbh most French posts are still gibberish after translation to me lul)

V3 is a pathetic attempt to fix something that wasn't broken. I have been recommending Bunq to everybody that even showed the slightest bit of interest. "Everything works throught the app, it's so smooth, check it out".
Until I "up"graded the app to V3.
UX is worthless, business and personal accounts are combined, linking a card to an account became way too complicated, those were the features that made it stand out compared to the traditional banks.
I seriously hope there will be a V4 or V3.1 very soon that brings back a UI/UX thats workable.
I don't like threatening to leave, but if this version is what Bunq will be like moving forward, they don't really leave me any choice, but to find a better alternative.

I’ve have attempted to enter my tax payer ID. I got an error and now my very legitimate account and the thousands of euros in it are blocked. I’ve tried customer service Twitter and this forum and haven’t gotten as much as an acknowledgement of my ticket. Is anyone home?

I suggest to all the people who is unhappy with the new V3 to leave a negative and constructive review in AppStore and PlayStore. Mobile app review score is usually a very important KPI in all companies who work in mobile. The current score is 3.0, going to 2.x can send a very powerful message.

In the previous version I can choose to show which (sub) account to hide and which balance from which account I want to hide or not to count in the total balance. i lost the option now. With the new v3 i think we lost the focus of personalisation. You want to simplify things but I think it just makes the whole interface difficult to use and understand.

I'm glad that you have now stopped pressuring me to merge/join my personal and business accounts every time I change accounts.

Now tell me... how do I UNmerge/UNjoin them?
(unfortunately when I opened V3 for the first time, I followed your "advice"... little did I know how bad that option is.)

I've heard you can unjoin by long pressing the Profile tab (bottom row 3rd button) and then logging into your business account as a separate user.

@R#177578 Another day has passed and unfortunately I still have no answer to my questions. I contacted support and after 8 hours the conclusion was: ‘sorry, send a screenshot, got to leave the office now’.
I’m sorry to say, but I’m not used that support is this bad :/...
Just a general suggestion: @bunq, if you make a topics for questions, please actually take the effort to ANSWER the questions in the topic.
