Via lang drukken op het Profile icoon (onderste rij 3e icoon) kan je los inloggen met je zakelijke account. Hierdoor wordt de samenvoeging als het goed is ongedaan gemaakt.

Je kan zo inloggen met je zakelijke account, dan zie je alleen zakelijk. Maar als je weer met je prive-account inlogt, zie je zowel zakelijk als prive. Het is dus volgens mij niet mogelijk om alleen prive te zien.

Heb je de twee accounts naast elkaar ingelogd? Probeer de app the sluiten (force close / swipe up)?

@wesselt#178995 Volgens mij zeggen ze niet dat het ge-unmerged wordt. Ze demonstreren alleen hoe je naar je zakelijke account kan gaan.

Je prive-account wordt op 1 of andere manier fysiek gemerged (volgens mij). Na kiezen voor samenvoegen, blijft je prive-account samengevoegd, maar je kan wel los op zakelijk inloggen. En dus niet op prive. @bunq , corrigeer me als ik het fout heb!

Heb je geprobeerd je privé account uit te loggen en weer opnieuw in te loggen?

@wesselt#179004 Dat heb ik niet gelezen, ik heb alleen gelezen dat veel mensen niet meer wisten hoe ze van account moesten switchen. Ik zie niet in waarom je account losgekoppeld zou worden door die stappen te volgen. Ik ga het zelf nu even niet testen maar ben benieuwd wat de ervaringen zijn van anderen. Voor mij is het ook niet nodig, vind het wel prima zo :) ik

@Johannes-Red-Owl#179111 Volgens mij is dat wel op te lossen door op je zakelijke account in te loggen. Dat kan als het goed is door lang op ‘profiel’ te drukken; en daar kan je als het goed is op je zakelijke account inloggen.

Mijn punt was dat je niet alleen op je prive-account kan inloggen (je ziet zakelijk er altijd bij), als je het één keer samengevoegd hebt.

Is it me or is it not possible anymore to scroll back and forth in your Balance Prediction chart? I am on Android and I have the latest revision of V3 installed.

@Lars-Lime#170792 Unfortunately Dear Bunq team I have the same! I tried version 3 on another phone and it’s terrible, I cannot find anything and it’s not intuitive as V2 was. Can you please get some more feedback and reconsider moving back or improving v3 that it’s intuitive again? 🙏🏻

Ik wil ff een opmerking geven over de nw stijl van Bunq app .vindt het vresselijk ermee te werken, de oude was prima en overzichtelijk. Ik betaal 10 zoverl voor deze bank maar dan moet ik wel app hebben waar je mee kan werken. Met de nw app is dat van 100% naar 15% gegaan

Today I received a payment, but can you tell me into which one of my 24 accounts I received the money? 🤷‍♀️ (The show more button has no extra info here). But I think the related account should just always be visible info on transaction overview- same as with outgoing payments.

It seems like your team missed the opportunity to add some features in v3...

I propose to:

• Add an option to buy lootboxes. Give us the opportunity to get a box with random content for a fixed price. Sometimes you get a couple of trees planted, sometimes you get a discount on your next payment, or you could get one of the amazing features free, for three months or so.
• Add in-app chat with other bunqers. This forum is great, but wouldn't it be fun to have a chat-roulette style feature which connects you to random bunqers across the globe?
• Add TikTok integration. The Instagram feed is awesome (!!), but it lacks engagement (::frowny_face::). Integrating TikTok and sending regular lip-sync movies from your UI/UX team would definitely add to the experience when I am transferring my VAT to the dutch tax office.
• Make the "Trees/Time/Money saved" bigger? Especially the Trees function, even though I explicitly do not want to participate in this scheme, I would like to be reminded that I planted zero trees, every time I open the app. Also the time saved is extremely insightful to have on the front page.
• Integrate the three dots menu with the plus button.. preferably hide it from the UI altogether and replace it with a swipe gesture. Three finger swipe up perhaps?
• Add a "fucks given" counter on the "Us" tab. you can hardcode it to zero, as so much is obvious.
