Most of my feedback is already mentioned above, so I won't repeat. Just want to +1 how unbelievably bad this update is. Did you beta test on monkeys?

    I consider that will be a long night at bunq.

    Of course I do not have the big picture. The amount of already made upgrades, the complaints, the faults indicated, all extrapolated to a reasonable scenario for tomorrow, end of this week, next week. Then in comparison an estimation about potential attrition of customers. Then an effort-analysis to fix all the problems within certain time.
    Or in other words: I hope you make the right decisions for the next hours and days. I do not want to talk about an emergency, but reading only this thread is indicating a big problem, yet without any statement by bunq themselves.

    I have seen a lot - also withdrawing an app-version, going back to the previous version. Followed by a verbose root-cause-analysis, together with a strong plan about priorities, content and schedule. Then communication to the customer to get back trust and confidence.

    However, such plan must be started immediately. Announcement of actions (even only highlighting when the plan will be available) must be available within hours. The clock is ticking and counting against you guys. At moment you have to deal with several hundred of upgrades (perhaps). Tomorrow it might be already ten-thousands.

    Bunq, when will you start to communicate?

      @Toma-Cyan-Butterfly#171017 Please don’t blame the Beta testers! Most of the issues were known before the release of V3. But apparently Bunq was too focused on releasing the app fast... (Think of the Instagram stuff what you want but releasing an App with known bugs like not being able to manage Cards correctly is just bad)

          • verminder het aantal kliks voor dagelijkse handelingen.
          • het totaal bedrag klopt niet en is niet aan te passen.
          • het gespaarde bedrag is gewoon onzin. Ook dit kan je niet wijzigen of verwijderen.
          • breng iconen terug
          • breng de lay-out van V2. Deze was overzichtelijker.
            -Verwijder de ons en profiel pagina. Beide voegen niets toe.
          • maak de + knop minder zichtbaar.
          • breng Events tab terug.

          Focus op wat bunq goed maakte: een simpele, snelle, intuïtieve bank app. Dit is zoveel afleiding.

            Moi je trouve ça fonctionnel et graphiquement esthétique... bravo et merci !

                @Mike#170806 100% mee eens, de app is erop achteruit gegaan qua bediening en overzichtelijkheid. Design is prima maar menu’s onlogisch.

                    V3 geïnstalleerd en “Voor mij” ziet er in de eerste instantie leuk uit, maar de knoppen bevatten te weinig informatie.
                    Het gebruikte lettertype is te groot waardoor en te weinig informatie in elke knop staat. Tevens ziet elke knop er hetzelfde uit waardoor er geen onderscheid is tussen alle knoppen.
                    Ik snap niet waarom er een “Van ons” tab is. Het voegt niks toe en kost wel 25% van de app ruimte. Op de plaats waar nu “Van ons” staat zouden all transacties moeten staan, want die zijn op dit moment in V3 nergens zichtbaar.

                    Verder worden er de hele tijd dingen getoond die niet binnen mijn abonnement vallen. Dat kan natuurlijk niet de bedoeling zijn.

                    Het tegel ontwerp gaat zeker wel wennen, maar de vormgeving van de tegels moet duidelijker/meer onderscheid.

                          Thank you for the new update V3. Since two years I am a customer of bunq, paying every month 16 Euros to get a good bank-service. Because Bunq is an online-bank, the associated App is the main thing for you and your customers. I use it many times, every day.

                          Unfortunately, the new version is not suitable for me anymore. The UI is confusing and for me, as paying customer, obsolete. I would be really great & nice of you, If you could provide me with a functional banking-app once again in the future, because, as I said before, I am paying for it.

                                  Lovely how the total amount of all accounts is incorrect. That’s basic stuff folks. It completely destroys my confidence in the service.

                                    i have a premium AND business account. Now, somehow they are merged. How do I ‚unmerge‘ them?
                                    This Version is really bad. REALLY bad. Instagram??? REALLY??? I will seriously consider something else if this is the direction you are going.

                                      They + Button makes absolutely no sense. Like what does that plus even mean?

                                      The Us-section ist just poorly made advertising for bunq.

                                        Dear all, after updating to v3 I wish I would have had the chance to test it in beta before or read the comments here before updating to v3. Sorry guys, I always had the opinion bunq is the future - the v3 update changed my point of view! Please remove the Instagram stream! A main tab in application for social stream in a banking app?! This is the last thing I want to have in a very private place - like a banking app. There are several bugs still present, like created online credit cards are no longer visible. I really would like to downgrade to v2 - and I really think about to restore a full iOS backup in order to go back to v2. From now on, I will first read all the comments before updating to a version.
