The app went from 80% functionality to 90% filler, splash-screens and upselling that have nothing to do with getting things done. I am really curious to know why these design and usability choices were made (I looked, but no open design or UI/UX jobs at the moment 😄).

My feedback:

The plus button does something different on every screen. This has multiple downsides. New users have no way to know what functionality is available in the app and have to randomly click the plus button to explore the app. For current users all the functionality is a few extra taps away and is hidden from view
The plus button, although a nice design touch, is also very unintuitive as actions listed under it sometimes have nothing to do with 'adding'. For example, why is 'withdraw all funds' listed under the add/new button in a savings account.
Way to much text for simple tasks like add a new account. Also not obvious in dutch that a 'nieuwe rekening' is listed under new premium account. As a current premium member the text seems to imply this option is for non premium members
The highest value screen space, the tab bar in the bottom, 50% of that space is wasted on stuff you don't use in daily tasks. The instagram feed is wasted on 99% of the users. The dedicated camera button would have sufficed as a sub option on the 'for me' tab.
Tapping the selected tab again in the menu bar doesn't scroll the view to top, the standard expected behavior on iOS
the top op the profile screen is also wasted space. Non functional fillers, add-on text breaks mid word on the largest iPhone and when scrolling down, the chart gets so tiny its barely legible
for me tab truncates the names of accounts that previously fit in V2
All my images I made specifically for my accounts are gone
same wasted space on top, what does knowing how many trees I planted have to do with paying a bill or sending a request?

Hope this feedback helps, as-is, the app lacks focus. Go back to the drawing board and first and foremost think about what actions and tasks 99% of your user base should be able to complete in as short amount of time and with the least amount of screen taps

- Check balance
- Send request
- Check status of open request
- Schedule a payment
- Scan invoice
- Find a payment

Not
- Checking the instagram feed
- See how much money the total bunq community deposited
- Installing add-ons
- Joining a tribe
