@Almar#171856 Funny thing is that the social platform, together, is now more hidden than before and stuck in a plus button on select tabs. But hey at least I now prominently see how much fictional time I saved and how much money bunq has invested!

      Cant see and manage all my online cards. And V2 is WAY MORE clear..

        Reading all the feedback I have only 1 question : do you have at least 1 test engineer ?
        How is that possible that such big issues get published even after betta phase?
        I do not really want to talk about UX, it’s frustrating.
        You would be better off changing card design and add some less expensive/free membership with maestro cards to attract new customers.

          @Ywdb#171886 You’d think it’s easier to read now, because it’s currently night out. When you use it out in the sun, you’ll have trouble reading anything.

          And I have to disagree on the native thing. There is nothing more antithetical to user interface of iOS than a floating action button and dozens of actions hidden behind said button depending on the tab the user is on. That last part makes it not conform to Android standards either.

            @Jakob-Y#170907 Sorry, aber wenn meine Kartendaten einfach verschwinden und nicht mehr auftauchen ist das Konto genau das: unbrauchbar. So was geht einfach gar nicht. Die V3 muss sofort rückgängig gemacht werden, ansonsten ist bunq tot.

              Sorry maar kunnen we alsjeblieft zonder alle regenbogen en gewoon weer terug naar functionaliteit? Ik hoef geen insta feed , geen bomen teller en of totaal uit de lucht geplukte meter van tijd die jullie me bespaard hebben. Na de vorige update van de Joint account en dit erbij staan jullie namelijk al zwaar in de min qua tijd en zorgen bespaard.. Account icons ook veel minder duidelijk, passen minder duidelijk, etc. Tijd verloren zou bij v3 een betere optie zijn.

                    Decided to add a couple of words to my previous comment.
                    Do you use bunq yourself ? It seems like you don’t, otherwise you would see all the problems you have now with UX.
                    Why are things which were accessible in 1-2 taps now require 3-6 unobvious movements ?
                    Most of the users pay 8€ monthly to have this experience. Who cares about time saving trees and irrelevant place like US. It’s first of all a BANK, focus on money, not on insta photos. You have just used UI space for needless tab!

                      Opening V3 for the first time it tells me I am on a new device. However I have been using this phone with bunq since I joined.

                      I tried to verify the device but both email and SMS verification kicked me back to the same send verification screen. Ended up having to uninstall bunq, reboot phone, install bunq, reboot phone before SMS verification would work.

                        I’m truly open to new things, but what happened?
                        My cards gone, and I really miss v2 interface as a whole.

                          The card overview screen is really bad. In v2 it was super easy to distinguish card types (maestro, mastercard, travel, online and virtual cards). Now they all look the same and you have to guess what’s what. Please like in v2 add details such as what type of card it is (physical/online/virtual (tap&pay/Apple Pay)) and make this clearly visible. Also need to be able to sort them to our wishes.

                          Also, why is Together so small on iPad? And why are there advertisements and a instagram feed?? I thought this was a banking app!

                          This v3 really has a terrible UI, please bring back v2.

                            My feelings resonate with a lot of the comments I see in this thread. I appreciate the active development on the app and in some respects I like the new ui. I like the new card layout on the accounts page, I can see more accounts in one go and I also like the ability to hide accounts.

                            But overall I fear the pendulum swung to far in the direction of simplification. I now feel like tasks require more steps/taps in v3 than they did in V2.

                            Gripes:
                            - making a payment used to be available from the accounts screen. Now it is hidden under the plus in an account.
                            - viewing payment details requires the redundant step of selecting view more (I’m already on a detail page, why hide the details?)
                            - adding a note to a payment is hidden under the plus, I can live with that. But it isn’t consistently available across payments.
                            - where can I see (all) my scheduled payments?
                            - where can I see set up income sorting?
                            - the us tab is not a particularly logical location for the bunq.ME links imho
                            - the cashflow breakdown feels squished on the profile page. Why not make it a statistic bubble on the Me page that leads to its own view?

                              Bug:

                              On top when you login into your bunq app you have “Open Events”

                              Suddenly those events are from 2018. But I get an error if I reject or approve them.

                                  When is bunq actually going to respond serious to the criticism of their community? Are they still holding on to the story that “we” who are unhappy are “just a small percentage” of the community and therefor non-important?

                                    Hat schon jemand angesprochen, dass online Karten nicht mehr gelöscht werden können?

                                      Das neue Update auf V3 ist gruselig; unübersichtlich, unintuitiv und ein Haufen Features im Vordergrund, die so gut wie nie benutzt werden, dafür viel genutzte Features rücken in den Hintergrund.

                                      Ich gehe soweit zu sagen, dreht wieder auf V2 zurück, lauscht der Kritik bzgl. V3 und veröffentlich dann eine angepasste Version.
                                      Ich nutze bunq gerade wegen seiner Einfachheit, bin aber nicht einverstanden wie sich V3 entwickelt hat. Bleibt das Update so wie es ist, dann werde ich auf kurz oder lang mein Konto löschen :(

                                        How can i see my other accounts? Not visible anymore, when I try to change my card name, get an error. Account not found...
