Maybe they forgot to even apply UX methods to get the best possible out of the app. I also think that the closed beta should have lasted longer to fix all bugs and errors. This should have made the app a lot better. Now the users are the beta testers. I thought this is only done in the game industry :-D

    By the way, did I sign up with Greenpeace or a bank?

          In 1 woord drama.

          Te beginnen bij de drie prominente bollen bovenaan. Het maakt me niet uit hoeveel geld ik "bespaart" heb, laat staan hoeveel tijd. Dit is meer een schouderklopje op jullie eigen schouders.

          Daarnaast zou ik bij de plus acties verwachten als, betaalverzoek aanmaken, betalen of scannen. Geen upsell mogelijkheden van Bunq op het homescherm, marketing acties bij us en support acties bij profile. Dit is 1 button die per pagina van inhoud verandert. Wie heeft dat verzonnen???

          Ook de "US" feed kan weg. Ik heb al tal van feeds in Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok en wat er allemaal nog meer voorbij komt.

          Al met al drama. Ben met trots overgestapt naar jullie, maar begin nu toch echt te twijfelen.

            Wat een verschrikkelijk lelijke en overzichtelijke update. Waar is de zoekfunctie?

              V3 is so bad. Bunq stopped listening to us. They decided that somewhere in the process the whole millennial pitch of planting trees and useless social stats were more important than basically any other function that is hidden away behind a non-intuitive plus button, against all good UX practice. I’m actually a bit sad, since I was such a fan at the start of Bunq, but I guess I just set myself up for disappointment that way. I just want all your technical innovations, packed in a clean and minimal app, based on best UX and UI practice.

                I really loved you, was there from the very beginning of Bunq. But the introduction of the ‘US’ and ‘More Us’ tabs/menus killed my sympathy and the monthly fee cannot be justified anymore with this terrible update. I will terminate my account and move to another bank.

                    Ok. A bit more constructive.

                    Get back to the essential. Please.

                    • make sure that the most important functions are not hidden (pay/request) i.e. it is a complete guess what you will find under the ‘+’ of

                    • Get rid of all those useless counters.

                    • Not everyone is fan of dark. Especially when everything else on your phone is white.

                    • Please do not blend with Instagram, we have other apps for that.

                    • it is not clear which accounts are in the ‘Total’

                    • it is not clear at one glance which card is assigned to which account.

                    The close with a positive note: I like the overview of all my accounts on one tab.

                      Hoe kan ik switchen van mijn persoonlijke naar zakelijke account? Kan dit überhaupt? Ik weet dat alle rekeningen in 1 overzicht kunnen staan, maar ik probeer een app te koppelen (Zapier) en die geeft aan dat ik ingelogd ben op mijn persoonlijke account en dat Zapier een zakelijk account vereist.

                          @lupes#172198 Luuk, we gaan zien of Bunq ook kan luisteren. Als er inderdaad veel mensen weglopen.... 😱

                            There is a reason why UI changes for famous apps are incremental. You don’t change the whole UI and expect people to figure it out, especially with a banking app. App is super slow and confusing.

                              The "Known Issues" topic says online cards are visible again. That is only true for enabled online cards. My frozen cards are entirely invisible in V3.

                              How can I see, freeze and unfreeze my frozen online cards?

                                  V3 zal het beste worden als het weer V2 wordt. Je kunt wel iets “verbeteren” wat al minder goed is, maar daarmee maak je het nog steeds niet beter als v2 zoals het was. Helaas zie ik deze constructie heel veel; iets wat perfect is moet nog perfecter en wordt daarom slecht. Bij Bunq had ik het graag anders gezien... spijtig

                                    Besides there's a lot wrong with V3, that can be overlooked..
                                    There isn't any way to retrieve non sub-account events in the V3 app. So I have no way of viewing iDIN transactions for example.

                                    However this has been reported during the beta period and is yet to be fixed!

                                      That plus button overlapping the main screen items is out of the design, you had to put it to the center of bottom menu. But since the items in it are very useless and we rarely need them, you even can save space by removing this button totally. That Us menu at the button is also extra, you could put MY donations & MY trees info badges somewhere else to save space.
