Hat schon jemand gefunden, wie man nun zu einer Kartenzahlung den Kassenbon scannen kann - einfach war ja gestern, aber würde es gerne noch heute erledigen.

    1. It took me 10 minutes to find the support center. In what universe would you call a '+' button on the 'Profile' tab opening the support center an intuitive UX? Absolutely ridiculous. It seems like that was just forced in there so some designer could proudly include the same button on multiple pages, to pretend like everything was streamlined.
    2. If I wanted to plant trees, I would have become a gardener. I'm opening this app to check my account balance, or to make payments. I don't need to be upsold into spending even more money on your subscriptions (which I'm already forced to do because you removed the Joint account model).
      I don't care about 'CO2 saved', or these vacuous 'Time/Money saved' things. I'm already paying you, stop using a third of my screen as a blatant advertising banner.
    3. Why are the actions that you perform most often now hidden behind more clicks? I don't open accounts every day, but I do open payments and requests often.
    4. Why does the '+' button on the 'me' page open another ad page? I don't want to plant trees. I already know I don't want a Travel Card. I don't need to be sold on why savings goals are great, I just need a button that says 'Create Savings Goal', that just creates a savings goal. Why does it have to tell me that I 'Reach my goals faster' with it? Why do you feel the need to clutter my screen with the claim that creating a bank account 'Makes life easy'?
    5. Why is there a Bunq instagram feed in my app, trying to sell me the idea of Bunq? For the umpteenth time, I'm already paying you.

    I got a subscription because Bunq had a unique model for easily creating an managing multiple bank accounts and cards.
    If this is the direction Bunq wants to take their business, adding all sorts of non-banking fluff and charging me more for the pleasure, I'll be gone soon.

      V3 is super slechte app. Ik wil graag terug naar de vorige app versie. Welke passen waarbij hoort is niet duidelijk. Ik kan online pas niet verwijderen. Het is allemaal chaotisch geworden met v3 app.

        You ask me what to do to make v3 better?
        Well then: Just switch back to v2. There is, in my opinion, almost no improvement for the customer. Instead, there is a bunch of annoying issues.

        It seems that v3 is mostly targeted towards making more room to advertise for bunq. But I'm already using it and paying for it, as I was happy with the product. There is no need for that advertisement! And no, I'm not getting SuperGreen, I know charities where I can donate for tree planting and actually know that this happens in my area (and just by paying some money to them, there will be trees, no need to use a product to plant them).

        The amount of space used for saved money, "saved co2", and "saved time" is just really useless, as these numbers are either wrong or dont't matter(I don't save money with bunq, I'm paying money to bunq it as it was more comfortable to use, I have ZeroFX with my german bank for 0€, and three weeks of saved time is just hillarious for opening an additional account). The number of cards I have is rarely changing and should therefore not be on the start view either.

        In v2, when you were in the start view, there were three buttons on the top for those things one will most likely do in a bank app: Pay, Scan and Request. For making a payment in v3, I need to first select the account, then click on the universal "plus" button and select what I want to do from a long list.

        The switch to dark mode only makes the UI really annoying for me. I know it's a matter of taste, and that's what bunq realized in v2, so users were able to choose and be happy with the UI. Lists were good for overview, tiles make it less obvious for me, especially as I was used to the order in the list.

        Instagram integration and the whole "us" tab is completely useless for most bunqers.

        Indeed, for me, bunq used to be probably the only bank where there was few room for improvement, because it was almost perfect. With v3, that drastically changed. If things don't improve in the next months, I'll probably move away from bunq.

        To repeat it again: I think that going back to v2 is the best bunq could do in this situation!

          Hey Bunq, one of my online cards has disappeared in V3 and second one has been linkt to a different account randomly...

            Wo the fuck thought this redesign was a good idea. I want a bank that works, not some missdesigned app that I can’t figure out how to switch to my business profile.

              @Daniel-Purple-Kiwi#172590 How did you revert to V2? I think lots of users are interested in to revert back to v2? Did you restored the full backup or is there a way to easily revert to v2?

                @Heiko-Hartwig#172663 Scheint aktuell nicht mehr möglich zu sein. Attachments/Fotos/Notizen können nur an Zahlungen Überweisungen angehängt werden. Bei Kartenzahlungen fehlt der Unterpunkt hinter dem Plus.

                  German language has a wonderful word for "Excessively telling good words about yourself": Selbstbeweihräucherung (Spraying sacred smoke to yourself).

                  Exactly this is one of the things that disturb me the most in v3. You don't need to tell me how great bunq is, I know that it is (well, used to be) great.

                    Thank god apkmirror exists and has a copy of V2. What a disaster

                      @Victor-Freeze#172706 When you're on Android, you can get the old apk file on apkmirror.com. As far as I know, you can't go back on iOS once you updated.

                        But I agree with alot of comments above. Take your losses, put the old version back, fix or redesign the new app and try again. Nothing is more hurtfull than ignoring your customers when there is so many feedback.

                            Vreselijke update. Ik weet niet welke UXer dit zo heeft weten op te fokken maar dit voelt als een rare transitie naar een heel ander soort app.

                              I can't possibly imagine what you did in your UX testing. It seems someone rushed this out. Are you losing your way? The app is more about self-promotion than anything else. Most things don't work well anymore, virtual cards aren't intuitive. I honestly don't care about the "us" part - I have Instagram as an app. The camera does not need to be a dedicated thing and could be way smaller. I am not bothered about seeing how many tree's I saved on the home page. I want to know financial things as you're a bank - at least supposed to be a bank. This giant + actually is pointless for me. It should have functions related to interacting with your account and not merely offering further services. I want my custom icons back. I can't find a positive thing to say about this upgrade so far apart from - when can I downgrade. At least rollback for everyone and test "a helluva lot more" and then try again. My appreciation of the bank has dropped dramatically and my trust has eroded too. Fire whoever decided to do this with no UX checking with the user! It truly is awful.

                                A mes yeux bunq un grand avantage qui était un système bien structuré pour la gestion des cartes physiques comme virtuelles. Bon nombre de fonctions se sont évaporées dans v3
                                De plus, j’ai essayé de recréer puis de supprimer de nouvelles cartes virtuelles, de les supprimer, ce qui m’a amené a devoir demander la version physique pour pouvoir la supprimer, résultat mon quota de cartes physique est épuisé en plus d’une facture de 9€ . C’est faire cher payer a vos clients une transition bâclée ....

Yes unfortunately I am on iOS and the way to revert back to older version without just restoring the full backup is much more complicated. But anyway thanks for your feedback. It would be great if bunq would at least provide the option to install both bunq versions (bunq v2 and bunq v3) so users are able to install v2

                                    @Victor-Freeze#172728 I'm on Android and disabled automatic updating for the bunq app, so I try to use v2 as long as possible 😅

                                      Please stop trying to sell your product to users that are already paying for your product. Bunq V3 only introduces unnecessary crap and bugs that make things more unclear.

                                      Please roll back to V2, I love bunq's features and would not like to leave because of this unnecessary crap.

                                        To many features that nobody wants

                                        Why are there 'ads' for things like travel cards and premium accounts under the (way too big) + button when I already have a travel card and am part of a bunq premium pack?

                                        Why is there a tree/CO2 overview when I don't have the "ultra package" with the shiny card? It will always remain 0. I'm not interested to see that I have 0 Trees plant. And of course I never will do this for 9€ a month.

                                        Where are the buttons to block cards when they get lost/stolen?

                                        Where are my virtual cc ? I only see one.

                                        Why is there a button that shows how much "time I saved"? I don't care, that time can be considered as sunk costs.

                                        What about these big button. Before I just presse send or receive. Now I need to got to the account etc.

                                        What about this big from us. If I would like to get information about bunq I can ready to threads in the community this waste a lot of space and nobody cares these fancy pictures in a banking app. I would like to manage my money to looking fancy rainbow pictures.

                                        Sad but true this is a really bad update!!!!!
