Sharing requests via Whatsapp is not possible anymore

I was using this fuction a lot. Now this is not possible anymore.

Before I used it like: Request payment -> enter amount -> add comment (so I know what the payment is for) -> generate link -> send it via Whatsapp.

Especially adding a comment to a request was really handy. I don’t see how I can do this right now...

In the last stap (before clicking send / request) you can click on "Show more options". If you click this the description field will show up.

Why not use https://bunq.me/username/?amount=50 and share that within whatsapp or whatever?

HEX Software And how do I add a description? Choose to which iban the money is sent? Prevent the sender from changing the amount? Etc.

Like Arnim said, the workaround to get the old share feature back is as follows:

Create request -> multiple persons -> don't select anyone, just click next -> old share button appears!

I have to say that I never use this function but agree that this is quite essential. I understand that the bunq.me feature can be used but having to manually add an amount to the link is inconvenient.

When I create a share request I would like to pick the sharing method myself instead of being forced to use sms. iOS has a share sheet where I can pick how I want to share something.

I have a feeling that the app becomes less native to the platform it’s being used on.

The request function is pretty useless now imho, I always share it through WhatsApp since no one in NL uses SMS any more.

Most people prefer an app over a website. That hashtag ‘#eentikkiebeter’ was pretty misplaced, Tikkie is way easier to use than bunq.me. It’s pretty crap I now have to fall back to Tikkie, especially since all my friends were already hating on my sending bunq requests instead of Tikkies. This will sure get a few laughs, not in a good way though.
