Today updated to version V3 after waiting for the first update of this version V3.

My thoughts:
It’s different than the previous version, but after scrolling / wandering around in the app I can find all the basic stuff I need. Is it different than version V2: yes! Does it disturb me? Not really. It’s just like a new pair of shoes... you also need to get used to them.

Would I want to have some things changed / different location? Most likely yes, but would need to play around a little more.

What do I miss:
- own icons / pictures for IBAN
- possibility to re-arrange the IBAN overview
- possibility to hide the three statistics on top of the screen

    That should work? Long press the IBANs and drag them around? On iOS a giant popup appears, but you can still move it.

        I wholeheartedly agree with Tristan's observation regarding rarely filing complaints - I find myself in precisely the same position.

        Diving into the nitty-gritty;

        From a UX perspective, this app went from "checking ALL the boxes" namely; being simple to rapidly navigate, with all essential feautures where they should be...to THIS horror story. The flow is all wrong, and whoever designed this thing should be encouraged to seek a new career in some other non-UI related field. There is n.o.t.h.i.n.g. intuitive about the interface. What you need immediately is buried several layers deep...and non-intuitively buried at that!

        The "floating PLUS" (for want of a better term) in each screen module is distracting. What's it for? a mouseover/hover tip MIGHT help, but the basic fact is that it shouldn't be there at all. It suggests nothing to the end-uer.

        What on EARTH is this suddenly arrived dark mode? WHAT IS THAT EXACTLY? Furthermore, why is there no simple slider/switch in Preferences to enable a light mode? I have a vision issue, which I won't bother to go into, but suffice to say a dark mode is INTENSELY difficult to read.

        Why is it so counterintuitive to expose Preferences? This 'aint my first rodeo y'all, but it took me a disproportionately LONG time to finally figure out how to get to that property - and to my chagrin, It was difficult to repeat. Why? BECAUSE ITS PLACEMENT IS ILLOGICAL

        It used to be simple to get to in-app support. I find it baffling that you have successfully made support as obscure as possible, almost hidden. That needs to change.

        As was suggested in another thread, (now closed) tap-and-pay should be front and center in the accounts module. Each account should have duplicate controls...NOT buried beneath that abhorrent "floating plus" which exposes the various pay options.

        FOOTER
        "Me | Us | Profile | Camera"

        The footer is where internal navigation should happen IF (for whatever reason) said navigation doesn't happen in a header. The navigation flow is basically broken

        1.. Get the camera link into the account modules as said above. Remove it from the footer altogether BECAUSE activating camera is an account-specific function. The former (if I remember correctly) "San | Pay | Transfer" layout in each account WAS intuitive - it made sense in that context. Current placement of the camera makes NO account-specific sense. Does duplicating that functionality in each account module bloat the code? NO, not if it's written properly. (Libraries anyone?)

          This one requires breathing deeply just to focus and write, because it is SO offensive
          a) While your CO₂ reduction aspirations are admirable, as are your tree initatives, these are byproducts, i.e. "an incidental or secondary product made in the manufacture or synthesis of something else." THIS IS A BANKING APP, THUS BANKING SHOULD BE FRONT AND CENTER. Get all this stuff out of the app - a simple access link will do the trick nicely for those who have the requisite degree of interest

        b) GET THE BLOG OUT OF THE APP - PERIOD - END OF (I love blogs, hell I write one, but this scrolling monstrosity has NO PLACE in-app)


        What "US"should consist of is this - and ONLY this:

        1. FAQ's - perhaps your question can be answered here?
        2. Knowledge Base - a valuable second source of possible answers
        3. Bung together- read what others are saying?
        4. Contact Support - If you can't find an answer to your issue

        This app is a monstrosity. Rewrite it - as Tristan rightly said - with customer feedback.

        I too am watching a countdown, if this isn't COMPLETELY rewritten TO BE A BANKING APP within a vey short time, with considerable sadness, I shall abandon bunq in favor of a viable competitor also residing within the digital-only space. These days, there are quite a few to choose from!

          Buenos días, habéis actualizado la app y arreglado el problema para congelar las tarjetas virtuales, sin embargo no puedes bloquearlas. El sistema te informa que no puedes pasar de un estado a otro, pero tampoco te deja bloquearla desde el inicio. Gracias

            Ik kan mijn oude V2-kaarten niet aan een rekening koppelen.
            Een nieuwe online card, aangemaakt in V3 kan ik wel aan een rekening koppelen.

                Wie kann man eine neue Online Karte erstellen?
                Wenn auf das „+“ klicke bekommen ich die Meldung das ich online Karten aktivieren soll?
                Ist das so richtig oder bestelle einen neue online Karten (5 Stück)?

                  Und ist es ein bug ode kann man Dual Pin jetzt auch für online Karten aktivieren. Das macht doch wenig sinn oder?

                      I really want the option again which accounts are used to show the sum of money you have. I don't want to know how much money I have in total (including business accounts and savings..). But I also don't want to hide the accounts as this is more troublesome..

                              @Colin-Indigo-Penguin#177050 Ik zoek serieus een goed alternatief met Apple Pay en zakelijke rekening. Als je een weet, ga ik meteen overstappen. N26 zakelijk is helaas niet op naam van bedrijf te krijgen.

                                In my opinion, confirmation screens are needed in a number of places. You can now switch to Supergreen with the push of a button (which just happened by accident). I think it is wise to add a confirmation screen here, to avoid unwanted changes.

                                  Veel te veel onnodige informatie, wie dacht dat het een goed idee was om de tweede pagina een blog te maken? Ik snap dat jullie trots zij dat jullie bomen planten maar ik ben als klant haal dat onzinnig informatie van de begin pagina af.
