I think users would like to be able to see who mentioned them, I have yet to see any content here in V3

    @Bunq do you plan on suspending the monthly fee that us paying customer pay each month until you have fixed this flawed update of the interface. Why did I do this update 😢. Why oh why didnt I just wait 😞

      Bank of the free.. maar je word opgedrongen met een nieuwe app met flut functies en boompjes die je opgedrongen word. Toch naar weer opzoek naar een andere bank (zonder boompjes)

        They should add a achievement in "Time Saved" called "Time wasted on V3 Update"

          What is with saving trees and info on how much cost saving I am making so prominent on the screen also. This is firstly a Banking application not an ECO WARRIOR application or some money supermarket comparison site. Please oh please just roll back this update.

            Bunq is inmiddels bank of the trees 🌳. Jammer, want dat is niet de reden dat ik voor bunq heb gekozen. Ik heb voor bunq gekozen vanwege de goede gebruikerservaring. Als deze er niet meer is, waarom dan nog kiezen voor bunq?

              bitte bringen Sie unbedingt die Anzeige der Kontoliste, wie im alten Design zurück. Also mit einem änderbaren Bild und die Breite des Tabs, wie die Breite des Displays.

                  Fijn dat veel bugs al duidelijk zijn en al aan gewerkt wordt.
                  Wat ik er niet tussen zag staan:
                  -foto’s bij verschillende rekeningen missen.
                  - Backup rekening feature mist.

                    2. test the beta app
                    3. listen to the feedback of the testers
                    4. Improve the beta app
                    Repeat step 1 to 4 till the app is almost perfect
                    5. release the app

                      The UI is pretty nice, and needs some time to get adjusted to it.

                      But why do I have a social media page in my banking app? It's pretty cool what you guys are doing, but i don't need it as a second page.
                      And why do I need to see how many trees I didn't plant or why do I have to see how much time I saved?
                      It's totally irrelevant.

                      Also how can I unfreeze/freeze cards and why do I see de-activated cards as active?
                      Left and right swiping, to go to different pages would be nice.

                        Dit is waardeloos, een Instagram feed in een bankieren app! Ik zou graag zien dat dit zo snel mogelijk tenminste optioneel wordt of gewoon helemaal verdwijnt. Als ik geïnteresseerd was geweest in het volgen van bunq op Instagram, dan had ik dat dáár gedaan.

                        Dat was het gedeelte met 'intense verontwaardiging', nu mijn teleurstelling. De functionaliteit is er heel sterk op achteruit gegaan. Ik ben bij bunq terecht gekomen vanwege het gebruiksgemak dat de logge ouderwetse grote banken nooit zullen kunnen bieden. En het gebruiksgemak is naar mijn mening nu sterk achteruit gegaan. Waar ik eerst mijn rekeningen kon delen is dat nu onmogelijk, mijn partner kan geen enkel gedeelde rekening meer zien. Ik weet dat er aan gewerkt wordt, maar ik vind het een ENORME faal dat dit überhaupt een bug is. Het lijkt er op dat dit een overhaaste update is en dat bunq er niet meer op toegespitst is om een goede gebruikerservaring te geven, maar alleen bomen planten en CO2 besparen. Begrijp me niet verkeerd, het is een goede zaak. Maar laat het aan de gebruiker over en duw het niet in de strot.

                        Nu zie ik dat er een flink aantal mensen zijn die in dit topic een slechte tot zeer slechte review/respons op de update geven. Ik hoop dat er bij de volgende update een hoop zaken teruggedraaid zullen worden en dat de focus weer gelegd zal worden op de functie als bankieren app en niet als CO2 besparingsapp. Anders is het voor mij over en uit met bunq.

                        En nu ga ik even verkennen wat andere banken aan functionaliteit te bieden hebben...

                          Installing the new app I was quite excited, but after opening It was so bad that I was actively searching for a way to downgrade to v2, and made me question my decision to get bunq in the first place. It made me feel quite insecure about bunq, I hope they come to their senses. First, they should reroll the update, then completely rework v3, and then release it in a future date.

                          I will shortly repeat some concerns that I have also read around:
                          1/3 of my screen is filled with useless information, like how many trees I planted, how much time I supposedly saved, the useless "Us" tab, and the (+) icon.

                          Complaints I have not seen around:
                          - The new UI makes it impossible to know how much money I had in my account at a specific moment in time.
                          - In the past to use Tap&Pay card, I would change the linked account to the card and then click tap&pay on the same screen. Now not only I have to browse through a lot of more menus to do that, but one has to use the (+) menu. Trying to do that quickly, I managed to freeze my tap&pay card. After doing so the (+) menu disappeared, so I guess I can not unfreeze it anymore ...
                          - You removed the custom account thumbnails, which I liked, but I guess this is an aesthetic choice. What I do not understand is why they were not removed everywhere. The custom thumbnails appear when looking at transactions and in other random menus.
                          - In the "Me" page I can not scroll down to see all my accounts, the last account is half-hidden in the bottom part of the screen.

                            The stats displayed at the top are completely unnecessary. The us page is unnecessary, I would rather have a different tab for my cards. The button isn't great for many reasons:
                            1. At the main page it serves no use and in most places it would be better to have the settings that are accessible via the 3 dots at the top right than the functionality given to it. What do you think I do every day: 1. Open a New Account; 2. Hide My Balance at a Public Space.
                            2. Functionality that should be on other pages is cluttered on "Us" like the creating a link function or inviting a friend and many others. I'd much rather see a dedicated Together page than the Us page.

                            If you want to keep as the mess it is, at least allow for customisability. Let me choose what to see on my main page, let me choose what goes on the button and where. Let me choose what to see on the menu tabs (cards, forum, settings, support, whatever)

                            The fact that the closed beta was there for so little time makes me wonder how you listened to the feedback. I myself registered for it but couldn't enter just after a few hours of the announcement, so I guess you didn't open up many spots and didn't get enough feedback.

                            Bunq has a whole forum, this forum. It has customers that care and interact. Why wouldn't you work with your customers like a normal company delivering what they want to see and not enforce what you want to see. Let the community work together on a better Bunq. Let us design and test thriving bank together instead of falling down with you.

                                Kunnen jullie ook aangeven welke problemen jullie NIET oppakken? De wens om de oude afbeeldingen weer terug te krijgen is vaak genoemd, maar jullie zien dat niet als verbeterpunt?

                                Ik sta op het punt om alle incasso's weer om te laten zetten naar mijn oude vertrouwde bank.

                                      I seldom write a complaint anywhere, normally choosing to vote with my wallet. But not today. Your new UI is such a disaster and forcing it upon so many previously happy customers is a tragedy. Not only is it ugly (subjective, but no light mode, are you kidding?) but it's terrible from a UX perspective (non subjective).

                                      I'm giving you two months to fix this (all of it, not gradually), or I'll switch to one of your competitors. Let this be a lesson to your overly enthusiastic and overly excited UI/UX Team to take it easy and gather some REAL customer feedback before releasing such a travesty into the wild. Also, since bunq is a startup priding itself with moving fast, move fast now too - just backwards.

                                      And to whoever thinks this "isn't that bad", it is. This is Apple Maps bad.
                                      If you think this UI can be "improved gradually" to fix "minor issues", you're in for a surprise: it can't, roll it back. And maybe take consequences - even the might Apple did, and you're no Apple.

                                      Horrible app. Just closed my business accounts today. Personal account will also be deleted if UI/UX team decides that this is the way to go. it is not. Not even close
