      Suggestion: when part 3 of this thread is opened, maybe don't put "Exploring the amazing bunq V3" in the title. At this point it can come across as tone deaf.

          J’ai attendu la v3 pour ouvrir mon premier compte chez Bunq et j’en suis globalement satisfait. Le design me parait plus moderne qu’auparavant.

          Cependant, j’ai rencontré un bug lors de mon inscription :

          La fonction pour prendre en photo ma carte d’identité a planté lorsque je devais photographier le dos de ma carte. « Le cadre de l’appareil photo est devenu noir » + « La page était figée (impossible de cliquer) »

          Solution :

          Quitter l’application complètement. Puis, je l’ai relancé et j’ai recommencé la fonction pour prendre en photo ma carte d’identité. Étrangement cela a fonctionné sans problème.

          Mon appareil :
          iPhone XS
          iOS 13.5.1
          Bunq 14.0.1

          Étrange bug qui n’apparaît pas toujours. J’espère que mes informations pourront vous aider à corriger ce problème.

            In my opinion, confirmation screens are needed in a number of places. You can now switch to Supergreen with the push of a button (which just happened by accident). I think it is wise to add a confirmation screen here, to avoid unwanted changes.

            A.k.a the mother of all dark UI patterns (https://www.darkpatterns.org/types-of-dark-pattern/roach-motel). Sad to see it employed by Bunq (disclaimer: trusting you that it indeed is present in the app).

            I'm pretty sure that it is illegal under german law as any e-transaction needs acknowledgement in the form of an explicit "Buy/Subscribe" button. (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Button-L%C3%B6sung) As per Wikipedia, it's a warnable offense and any contract that has been established that way is void.

              @DaJonas#177325 Really of a similar point. Main critics is basically that the update was released far too early. Payment info shouldn’t be hidden anymore, showing clearly which cards are online cards, change the counters on the start page are my main critics too.

                Dashboard costumization

                There are 4 circles in V3 I would like to be able to switch, back and forth, to my preferences:
                CO2 / Trees / Time / +knob

                The new first-time bunqer is presented with the default we all know is V3. It would be awesome to tweak them into shortcuts for features I love and use weekly:
                ⁃ Switch account to pass
                ⁃ Hide numbers
                ⁃ Search all events
                ⁃ Insights
                ⁃ Send request
                ⁃ Scan
                ⁃ Together
                The +knob will become my summing folder of shortcuts with my top 3 also presented in the top-circles of my dashboard and at the bottom the ‘create an account’.

                -Just like you can tweak your own iOS control panel to your needs.
                -Just like you can tweak your own hue light settings to your commands.
                -Just like you easily can make shortcuts via Siri

                The possibility to customize your own bank account-avatar was always a very appealing Bunq-feature to me. So nice Bunq is working on this for V3👌🏻.

                        Suggestion:
                        - Spot what bank account a transaction was made on the detail screen (used to be there in V2)
                        - Bring back adding notes to transactions

                          That is one of the biggest things I miss at this moment... to see who paid what and from which account.

                            Guys and girls, don’t worry. I think I know what went wrong. They accidentally uploaded some kind of internship project. Probably V2 will be available again next week

                              Back to V2! There is absolutely NOTHING I like about this update. Way to annoy everyone

                                Ich glaube ja immer noch, dass bunq gehackt wurde, und ein 12 jähriger seine Wetter App in den Store gestellt hat.

                                  V3 is not a change management issue on users but a total and complete fail. Funny how it went into and out of beta in record speed. Now I'm on the search for a new bank, damn

                                    PSD2 makes it inevitable that people end up using 3rd-party apps for banking with their Bunq accounts. Banking and banking apps will be increasingly separate.

                                    Putting so much effort into a completely new app does not make sense, unless Bunq wants to compete in the banking app space rather than the banking space.

                                    IMHO they would do better to invest in their API's and become the favored banking provider of these upcoming 3rd-party apps. Meanwhile continuing to maintain V2 and slowly evolve it in small iterations.

                                      Was wirklich eine Frechheit gegenüber langen und treuen Kunden ist, ist dass die Notiz Funktion nicht mehr für Premium Kunden zur Verfügung steht. Ohne Vorankündigung, einfach gestrichen.

                                      Wirklich eine große Frechheit, auf eine Pressemeldung wartet man vergeblich. Sonst ist der CEO doch immer Kundennah unterwegs gewesen, warum die Kehrtwende?
