The “my accounts” page in profile crashes the app on iOS

Hierbij mijn bevinden + feedback in min en pluspunten.

Minpunten:
- De badges op de homepagina slaan nergens op, de functie "Geld bespaard" naar mijn mening hoeft dit absoluut niet op het dashboard, als ik het wil zien dan ga ik wel zoeken in settings. Hoe vaak kijk je er nou naar? Als dat 1x per maand is is het veel, maar het neemt wel een deel van mijn dashboard in beslag waar andere nuttige informatie kan staan.
- Bomen???????? Ik zit toch in een bank app. Ik heb geeneens bunq super-green of een green card en zal waarschijnlijk dit nooit aanschaffen. Super goed dat we aan de natuur denken maar IMO mag dit ook verstopt worden ergens onder de settings OID, of in ieder geval uitgeschakeld. Echt vervelend.
- 4 weken tijd bespaard, heel mooi maar waarom staat dit direct op de homepage? Hebben we geen andere daadwerkelijk nuttige informatie die we hier kunnen tonen?
- "Van ons", het zou echt chill zijn als hier support zou komen te staan. Ik ga denk ik echt werkelijk nooit naar de "socials" kijken in mijn bank app... However de support is helemaal verstopt, kon hem eerst niet eens vinden.

Pluspunten:
- Buiten de verschrikkelijk nutteloze "Geld bespaard", "Bomen", "Tijd bespaard". Vind ik het onderzicht van rekeningen eronder wel chill!
- "Zichtbare rekeningen" geweldig! Super overzichtelijk, nu kan ik alleen nuttige rekeningen in het dashboard tonen. +1

Wie kann ich wählen, welche Konten in der Statistik sein sollen? Man kann in v3 keine Konten auswählen.

I don’t what you to do but you are ruling your reputation, V3 should have stayed in beta for much longer, let's say another year? The old app was leagues ahead of all the competition, the new one feels like a step back bothin design, user experience and features. Navigation between screens is often confusing. The UI seems to
be very focused on how much trees you can save andthe community, and has forgotten that it's supposed to be a banking app. Please bunq, make V3 a new and keep the old design and make some changes but keep the design. The latest update killed a lot of usability. Now, the app
looks oversimplified and most functions are hidden in some menus, making you search for them. All in all, you need more taps for the same functionality now,and instead of showing useful information about youraccounts, screen space is wasted by showing uselessinformation instead. Usability was traded for in formarketing (telling us how great bunq is) and somedark patterns which try to make you sign up for moreexpensive accounts.Terrible move from V2 to V3. The Ul and UX that you claim is better is actually worse. So disappointed... I really loved the previous version,it was the best banking exprience. Please revert it back or let me choose! The current main screen is souseless... Ecological approach is great and I am happy that you are doing it but I do not care about those statistics. Please give a choice to revert back! Such a
failure

UI and UX are part of my job and I'm ashamed for bunq to put out such a product. Software development is part of my job and I'm ashamed through that lens as well.
I'm really not sure what possessed you to publish v3 in this state. It needs a few months more UI polish, user testing and bugfixing. If my team had presented me with an app in the state v3 is in I would've gone into damage control mode

Please make it more clear which items open an external browser when tapping them. There are a LOT of elements that when tapped open an external browser with an info page, but then some in the same list open a menu or a dialog. Makes for a confusing user experience

Me: So where would I find my bunq.me link settings in V3? Probably in the ‘Me’ tab, right?
V3: No.
Me: Hmm, I guess it’s in my profile then?
V3: No.
Me: Mkay, so where the hell is it?
V3: Well obviously, you should open the ‘Us’ tab and see our AMAZING Instagram posts. Which are totally irrelevant to you cause you already are a paying customer, but isn’t our marketing team AWESOME?
Me: ... I just want to edit my bunq.me link.
V3: Oh yeah, then maybe click the plus icon. Not to add something of course but to open a menu, in this case ‘More Us’. Where I guess you will find your bunq.me details. But I don’t really care, ‘cause bunq is more important than you, puny user.
Me: 😭 bunq what have you become? 😭BRING BACK V2!

Questions in Support Center are not in chronological order. Most of my questions are sorted newest to oldest but then the bottom one is the lastest right next to my first question

"My Favorites" shows me a list I cannot modify or even interact with, e.g. I would like to delete a favorite but can't.

The "Common Goals" page is bad at communicating what a common goal is supposed to be as is evident by the large divide between the types of created goals

The description text of the addons Receipt Scanning and Invoice scanning can never be fully seen because a tap on those two addons opens the camera instead of a description

The setttings menu in a sub-account always mixes options specific to the account (like personalization) and options for all accounts (like scheduled payments) with no indication which applies to which context

Travel Card must be added through the "+" in "Me", all other cards must be added through "+" in "Cards". The stray Travel Card makes not much sense

While I'm in the settings for an account there is no indication which account I'm in
