Das Update sollte definitiv überarbeitet werden, ich fande es vor dem Update deutlich übersichtlicher. Einfache Funktionen wie Geld hinzufügen sind nun versteckt. Vorher war es gleich auf der ersten Seite z.b

Why is planting trees so prominent in V3 that it is stuffed in my face before basic banking functions? Is this a bank or GreenPeace association?

Dear Bunq-Team,

I am your customer since 2 years, paying every month a lot of money, to get a good and trustworthy banking-service. Since yesterday. With the launch of your new app, you did something, which is remarkable. You changed from a bank, to a marketing-social-media-company. I am paying to have my accounts at Bunq, not to count trees. And no, I am not interested in how much time I've saved with opening an account at Bunq.
Sorry guys, but you have to go back to the start. That you were rolling out V3 of your app on Android today, after the big shitstorm of iOS-users yesterday, shows, that you don't listen to your customers anymore. You are not interested anymore in customer experience.

Why are you not communicating with us customers and say "sorry, it was a mistake to launch this app"? I can't understand! Instead you act like nothing ever happened. Not hundreds of complaints, not the shitstorm in your community, not the bad ratings in the appstores. No, instead you are celebrating yourself, how "wow" your new app is. No, it is not.

You are a bank and you don't have any stores, in which I can go in and make a transfer. Your store is the bunq-App. And if it is not possible anymore, to do my banking-business as simple as possible in your store (app), than you have failed. And you will lose me as customer.
As mentioned before: WE ARE PAYING for YOUR banking-service! Don't forget! No, it's not free, we are paying every month! And we all want our banking-service back again which was so successful the last months and years. That's why we customers fell in love with Bunq.

Today is a sad day for all Bunq-Users.

Waar zijn mijn rekening foto's?

Hoe zie ik wie er rechten hebben op welke rekening? Ik heb een joint rekening, maar zie geen gebruikers, maar wel een button dat ik mensen rechten moet geven die vervolgens een fout geeft dat dat niet mag.

Hoe verberg ik rekeningen uit de totaal telling?

Wat is "Van ons" - is dit reclame?

Dat plus ding dat altijd andere dingen doet, waarom kan dat niet gewoon een rij met knopjes zijn?

Sport ist ja sehr gut für die Gesundheit. Die V3 zeigt aber deutlich, dass es bei vielen Sportarten ziemlich wichtig ist, einen Helm zu tragen.

I guess there is not much left to say which hasn't been said before. V3 is a very big step back and even if we ignore the things that changed functionally to the worse, I can't understand why you would go public with so many bugs. And to say that you are "working on bug fixes day and night" (quote from support) is nice, but why go live if you even admit the app isn't polished and ready for use because there are so many bugs forcing you to work day and night?

It seems like you ignore the feedback you got. I talked to many bunqers but I did not hear a single voice who was positive about the V3 beta and even less positive after I showed them the app live.

Ali mentioned that together was ruled by a loud minority being unhappy, I'm not sure if this is true or that you try to find an easy solutions for the negative feedback you get.

Totaal geen executiekracht meer anders was er geen radicaal disfunctionerende app gereleased die zoveel klanten schoffeert. De core functies van een bank deden / doen het gewoon niet in de bank app! Dat is een heel slecht -voor- teken..... En hoe hij zijn betrokken klanten wegzet, geeft m.i. aan dat Nikan ‘on his way out’ is.

Nog een bug, het is onmogelijk om je bunq.me pagina's te beheren op Android.

Bitte fügt eine Möglichkeit hinzu wieder zum alten Design zu wechseln. Ich will ein neues modernes und übersichtliches Bankkonto und kein Socialmedia Account. Ihr macht euch hiermit kaputt was ihr aufgebaut habt.

This is really really annoying me that I see the number of trees saved, Co2 saved and time saved before I see my damn balance 😡.
