Letzte Woche bin ich erst zu Bunq gewechselt, nachdem ich N26 und Revolut probiert habe... Habe mich sofort für Super Green entschieden und war ziemlich begeistert von der v2. Nun, eine Woche Kunde und dann so ein Update... 😳
Es gibt so viele tolle Funktionen für das Banking, aber die werden nun durch Marketing & doofer UI + UX, komischer Community-Moderation in den Schatten gestellt. Ich bereue den Wechsel fast. Nicht ganz, weil die Bankingfunktionen, die in v2 da waren, hoffentlich bleiben. Aber dennoch bin ich sehr verunsichert... 🤨

    V2 was litterally the best app a bank has ever seen, I see no reason whatsoever to over-complicate a new design.

      @Royz#174123 I downgraded my app to the old one, enjoy it while it lasts.

        What is clusterfuck this new V3 is! Even after the first few seconds I already thought to myself: This doesn't make sense at all, it's so illogical!

        • The big plus sign is way to prominent. IF you put that sign there it should be lower, like halfway in the bar menu. (look at how much space there is left and you don't use that for the plus sign)
        • The US tab has to be gone, simple as that. It's advertising in an app I pay for, are you watching netflix with commercials at home too?
        • The colors are aweful and don't even reside with the bunq logo, I mean c'mon how stupid are you graphic designers...
        • The tree plant thing is nice but it now feels like a forest plant app. This app is about me and my money, not about Bunq planting trees and saving the planet. Bunq, IT'S ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS!
        • The whole interface just doesn't make sense. The way it's build, priorities, the way things are grouped. I'm a product designer, not a graphic designer, but I could do a better job and styling this. It feels like a student's job.
        • So I have two cards, but which one is which. I used to be able to tell the difference but now it's just 2 buttons with a number on it.

        I could go on for a while about all kinds of stuff but I don't want to put more time into this. I'm a paying customer and I expect professionals to do their job and design a good app that I can use. Especially when the previous app was better and when I could do a better job myself!

        I'm very disappointed by this update! LISTEN TO YOUR COSTUMERS BUNQ!! It's not very hard if you have so many users that are doing suggestions and basically doing the work for you.

        Last, V2 was good it just needed some minor changes/upgrades. Nobody asked for this, roll it back please.

        One more thing, putting adds about V3 being available in the actual V3 app is the stupidest thing I have ever seen...!

          Let us all uncontain our passionate comments from this bunq-controlled forum and raise our voice in the open. That will open ears and eyes within the ranks of Bunq (let’s hope it will not be to late). On to Twitter, Facebook and Instagram with it!

              @Bento#173896 Leider scheint das Problem weiter "oben" zu sein und nicht mit dem feuern irgendwelcher Designer getan zu sein. Erschreckend sind die Aussagen von ganz "oben" (CEO) in einem Interview auf dieses Update. Ich habe selten ein so kundenverachtendes und ignorantes Statement eines Firmenchefs gelesen. (p.s. suchen sie online nach dem Interview)

                    Helaas ben ik ook niet blij met dit update.. mooi dat er problemen zijn opgelost maar ik vind het zelf helemaal niks. Ik ben een van de eerste 1000 founders van de metalen kaart voordat het een abbonement werd. Zodra mijn metalen abonnement is afgelopen ga ik overstappen naar een ander bank.. Jammer 🙂

                      I am one of the “silent” users that Ali mentioned when asked about the negative feedback on V3. I have never put anything in Bunq together nor do I ever give anything ratings/reviews. You’re asking for constructive feedback, but I have no clue where to even start. I am far from familiar with anything that has to do with tech a.k.a. I am a person the UX should work for. It really doesn’t. I see in no way how this new version is an improvement. I like about bunq that they’re a challenger bank that wants to make banking about more than just your account, but it already was that. The previous application had all the features already, but they were second level, since, in the end of the day, bunq is also a bank and that’s what I mainly use it for, banking. I have always been fine with paying “a little bit extra” for the usability and the free and green mission, but it is now starting to become a social media platform. I would really like to be given the opportunity to switch back to the design before this one. If that will not happen and neither big changes to V3 are made, I am sad to say I will -after 4 years- leave bunq.

                        Ik ben zeer teleurgesteld over deze “Update”. Naar mijn mening een dikke downgrade.

                        Ik zie graag de bolletje boven in verdwijnen. Het is vervelend, en voegt voor mij niets toe gezien ik geen bomen wens te planten en zelden een nieuwe rekening open.

                        Ik ben nu meer klikken kwijt aan handelingen voorheen: hier klopt iets niet

                        Het is ontzettend onlogisch ingedeeld

                        Ik kan slecht herkennen welke kaart welke is, er zijn geen plaatjes meer bij.

                        Ook de iconen voor de bankrekeningen zijn verdwenen waardoor alles op elkaar lijkt.

                        Ik wens geen social media feed in mijn app: die mag wel dieper verborgen zitten maar niet zo prominent aanwezig in het beginscherm. Je bent een bank: geen Facebook.

                        Ik kan nog wel even doorgaan: draai het alsjeblieft terug, en ga dan aan het werk met de feedback van al deze duizenden klanten die de app nu echt verafschuwen.

                          I am very disappointed with this app update. It became more a advertisement/marketing app than a banking app. All banking actions now need at least one more click. The plus sign is misleading. When I need to pay a bill this does not lead to more money on my bank account.

                          Bunq: please LISTEN to all feedback above and make a banking app again.

                            @bunq#173009 Hoe kan ik een notitie of afbeelding/pdf aan mijn transactie toevoegen? Voorheen kon dat onderin de transactie, nu niet vindbaar!!

                              What a DISASTER. It completely unacceptable to roll out such a horrible mess to people who run a business and make urgent payments. Salaries maybe?

                              I currently can’t accept direct debits. Get a pop-up with some commercial for 30-day trial that, even after reluctantly accepting, it keeps looping. This needs to be fixed now or I hold bunq accountable for the payment not going through in time and any damages my business may incur because of it.

                              Also can’t access the accounts of my other business. Can’t switch anymore.

                                Hoe kan ik het rekeningen in het “totaal” bedrag toevoegen of verwijderen? Deze optie lijkt nu weg te zijn.

                                  -Switch off dark mode?
                                  - pictures back at the different accounts (iban)?
                                  - put the request payment/sent payment back at the home screen, so that they are easy to reach at first. Now you need to do more steps before you can sent out a payment.
                                  - the “ons”/“us” tab maybe removed. I don’t see the advantages of this part.
                                  - what was bunq’s intention with this update? Cause if I read the many comments a lot of customers feel pissed off due to this update.....
                                  For me personally there have been a lot of changes ongoing within bunq, although I like the thought of fighting the regular bank models..... a bit of save and stable environment where I put my money would feel nice for me personal. First of all the joint account membership disappeared all of a sudden without really an announcement. And nowadays a new V3 is introduced, with not the ability to go back to the previous version........ which was in my eyes beter and felt more secure (you already know where you needed to look for things.....)
                                  I do like improving and making things better and I hope that that is the intention for V3, however for now I don’t see the advantages and improvements of V3 if I compare it to The previous version.

                                  I hope you can do something with this feedback. And hopefully the communication department will be upgraded as well. So they can take a lot of questions out of the air on forehand (as long as this is good English 😏).

                                      Wow. Habe erstmal mein Geld abgezogen. Dachte so so schlimm kann es doch nicht sein. Aber die App ist furchtbar. Hab bunq wirklich so gerne genutzt aber jetzt macht es mir einfach schlechte Laune. Und dafür bin ich auch absolut nicht bereit weiterhin Geld zu bezahlen. Denke das ich die nächsten Tage kündigen werde...
