Introducing Multi-Select

Users can now perform operations on multiple transactions at one!

• Night out for Dinner and Drinks? Want to split all transactions? No problem!
  • Just select all the transactions in the app -> Select request and enter the size of your group and send it off to your friends!
  • Bunq will automatically sum the amount, create a description that shows all the transactions so you can share it.
• Export a set of transactions? Pay back a set of transactions?
  • Same applies.

Introducing Send-2-Bunq

Bunqers can now easily send invoices to Bunq!

• Starting today Bunqers can forward receipts and invoices to <someUniqueAddress>@bunq.com, Bunq will automatically try to parse the e-mail (and PDF attachments).
  • If a matching transaction is NOT found:, a pending payment is created in your events view. Just tap to review and confirm the payment!
  • If a matching transaction is already detected, Bunq will suggest to match the invoice to a payment. Users just have to confirm the match.
• Because Bunq uses OCR to analyze e-mails and PDF's users can easily find transactions and invoices. For example when you need to return a product or need an invoice for warranty.

Productivity tools such as Evernote and Asana have this today. Payment matching to invoices is frequently used in expense tools like Concur.

Re-Introducing 'events' view.

The events view is back! The events view will show all the transactions across your accounts and:

• Upcoming scheduled payments.
• Predicted payments (like re-curring direct debits). (User should be able to opt-out).
• Expiring cards.
• Etc.

Finally my feedback on v3:

What I like think is a step up

• The new cards view.
• The scan button on the bottom right! It's a better position.

What I'd like to see change

• Behavior of the + button on the home-screen.
  • It should have options like: Get Help, Send Money, Request Money etc. I know these options are elsewhere, but they should be on the home-screen.
• The circles
  • Like most said, they add limited value. Please let me disable them.
  • The circles on the profile screen don't move away when scrolling down.
• Us tap, if you want to keep it put focus on other stuff. Such as:
  • How-to articles
  • Together
  • Contacting Bunq

@DaJonas#174637 To add to that online card problem: I added worldwide to the allowed list and it also did. that for my physical cards.

Yeah, it looks like the allowed countries are for all cards.

I used to have a card that was just used for a subscription in Belgium. But if I set that card to Belgium only I can't shop in The Netherlands anymore. I wish you could set card specific limits/countries, but I understand that might be too confusing.

I'm afraid that the gimmicks of prioritising "money saved"and "trees" with more prominence than the actual banking is a joke.

Also the old cards interface was actually very clear. The new colours don't actually explain themselves. Would be good to have visible information on this. My wife accidentally created a new card because she couldn't tell that orange means "online card"...

I am frustrated that the information with the most prominence is actually not the key information I need on a daily basis. The totals thing is a fun toy in a way, but this is still meant to be an app for banking, not vanity.

Do far the rest of it seems ok, but I am not sure what is an actual improvement. I'm certainly happy too keep using it, but I wish you'd change the top information to stuff that I need to do banking rather than information that I cannot actually do anything with.

If i try to submit a feature request through the app i don't even see the v3 thread. I'm unsure if this is because it's 10 pages down or somehow it's not visible (wrongly tagged?)

But if the wish is to put v3 related requests here, could you pin this thread in the app/togher forum?

To the bunq developers: Not sure how much you have fixed. But my v3 experience isn't all bad. Certainly not the "give us v2 or we'll leave" that some people make it out to be. So keep up the good work. And don't forget to get enough sleep, we need you at your best, even if it's a few hours later.

I sent some money to three different common goals. It would be nice if I could see their name and maybe even logo in the transaction overview so I know how much I donated to whom.

You should either change the front screen or at least make it more customisable. Why is the 'money saved' more prominent than my current balances? I don't want to see that on that page as it is confusing. I also don't care about time saved or CO2 saved. At least not on that page in such a prominent position. While I do like the darker colours and theming, I would much prefer the old layout, because it was simple and easy to understand. This is a bank. I don't want different irrelevant numbers of money mentioned on the account overview.

@Georg-Silver-Lion#173235 Het is ongelooflijk gewoon. Bunq zou nog heel veel klanten kunnen terugwinnen door hun feedback en klachten serieus te nemen. Door zo arrogant bij hun eigen “wij weten het beter” te houden vrees ik dat ze veel klanten verliezen. Ik vind het jammer. Ik was echt een van de grootste fans en van het eerste uur, maar dit voelt niet meer als mijn bank... 😢💔

There are really good suggestions! Bunq might be a bit busy at the moment though, maybe post them again when the developers have had some sleep? 😁

I can't stand the v3 design, it looks cheap and unprofessional, I don't have the feeling of control of my money, it hurts and I don't want to spend time in this app anymore. From my point the complete design direction is a dead end. It's a complete disaster. The feeling of losing control over my money is not good for a bank.

TLDR:
Implement a "Classic Mode" switch and let me switch back to the "old school" UI.

Regarding V3:
- Where is the light version?
- Where are my credit cards?
- which cards are virtual which are not
- What's up with that button down there?

and probably more, but I just can't spend more time in this app anymore..

Cela permettra à ceux qui comme vous et moi, veulent transformer ce cailloux V3 en diamant Upadte 14. j' ai des idées et j'aimerais avoir un endroit propre et sans pollution pour les donner.

In v3, where can i find the bunq.me links section? Seriously I cannot find it anywhere.

Gelukkig heb ik V3 op een telefoon gezet die niet in gebruik is, alleen om te kijken. Er kan heel veel kritiek geleverd worden, heb ik even geen zin in.

Wat moet veranderen: dark/light mode, in V2 kon je zien van welke rekening het bedrag ging door op het bedrag te klikken (nu moet je door al je rekeningen klikken om dat uit te zoeken), het totaalbedrag is nu het bedrag van al je gekozen rekeningen (vroeger niet, je kon naar believen rekeningen aan- of uitzetten die voor het totaal mee moesten tellen).

Deze lijst is niet compleet.

Natuurlijk is de plus zeer irritant, dat moet veranderd. Van ons; weg (zelden zal ik daar kijken). De drie bovenste knoppen; weg ermee (ik ben geen bomenknuffelaar. Blijft bij mij dus altijd op nul staan. De andere info; geen interesse).

Dit is het voor nu.

I am asked to comment here. Apparently I merged my private and 2 business accounts. I don’t remember being asked.

Now, I can access my business accounts anymore separately. Not even using the long press on the profiles button. It just shows my private profile. How do I get my bursjness accounts back?

This is a bit scary I have to say. I wish I could visit or call a bank office where someone could help me.
