• Exploring the amazing bunq V3? Let us know how we can make it even better! (2)

@Tristan-Grey-Tiger#173047 Thank you for spending the time to EXACTLY point out everything that is wrong.
This is an absolutely HORRENDOUS change (and not "because users don't like change" but because so much stuff now has screen estate that is USELESS to users of a BANKING App).
I agree - this is the 2nd strike after the disaster with Join accounts and if it doesn't get fixed in 2 months the annoyance of having to use this stupidity will become the third strike and I'm gone..

    Here are my top five:

    • I would like to be able to hide the circles of money/CO2/time saved
    • I would like to be able to move to the bottom the total and card squares, they don't mean nothing to me. I'm interested in see the balance for each sub-account.

(Those two points together use half(!!!) of my main screen, and the information is far from irrelevant for me)

    • The big + in is very annoying and useless (how many times I will create a new account? I can go to a sub menu to do this)
    • I would like to be able to hide the US (Instagram) tab
    • Missing to option to adjust the total balance overview, thus I want to indicate which accounts are included.

Please, bunq, I really believed in you.

Mistakes happen and are human, but please admit it when you made a mistake.

@Tristan-Grey-Tiger#173047 I’ll sign up for that deadline. 2 months is reasonable to fix this, although my impression is that the app is not the entity that needs fixing ...

You can make this version better, by going back to V2.

@Eelco-Stof#173094 I'm afraid, there's no backlog. At least not one for fixing things. It's more than 20 hours ago this whole mess started. No, absolutely NO reaction by bunq, besides closing the original thread, opening a new one and chapeau'ing three +1 in the old thread (besides hundreds of -2).
Meanwhile I assume these guys are sailing only by sight. Now, as it becomes obvious, that the old direction has been lost, there is no Plan B or Plan C. No risk management was obviously done. The Change has not been managed. Everybody, at least the boss, was either hoping only the best or completely ignoring all feedback.
I assume, there's only one thing valid - a goal that has had to be achieved: the app must be released in cw25. That has been achieved. But at what costs? The exciting question is - who has setup and continued the goal as it became clear, that something is going wrong.
Some of the guys in the thread suspect Product-Managers or UX-designers. No, that's far too short.
If it would have been a product-management thing, the company lead would have stand up already, setup a task-force, analyzed the situation, composed a plan and informed public. But nothing of that has come to any ears.
Thus, I assume, that the problem is absolutely top-down. With clear orders how to react - or not react.
Sorry to say, but a moment, for me, everything looks like this fish starts to stink from the head.
And you can nothing do with such situation, besides enduring or leaving.
I'm already organizing transfer of funds and reset of credit-card information for all my subscriptions.
Lucky, there is - for basic banking - not only bunq out there.
