Dabei haben Sie erwĂ€hnt, alles ĂŒbersichtlicher gestalten zu wollen, was mit dieser Ansicht aktuell nicht möglich ist. Wie wĂ€re es damit, einen Ăbergangszeitraum einzurichten, damit die Anwender einschĂ€tzen können was stört.

Sicherlich ist es im Akkubetrieb meines iPhones ganz oben, wÀhrend ich die App kaum geöffnet habe

Hi bunq.
I joined you because you seemed to have a focus on good technology and a great app. And it has been great the few months since I decided to go all in and switch over to bunq as my primary bank account.
But this last update... what happened? It feels like it was designed by the marketing department. It's a confused mess and hides so much behind other screens and that weird floating button :(
Some specific points:
The Me tab: Don't really care about those badges on top. Definitely don't want to see it as the primary thing on the first screen, perhaps they should be on the profile screen? And its just bs anyway, because you cost me a lot more than I 'saved' by switching.
Something like you balances and recent events for instance would be much more appropriate here. I feel this is really the biggest loss in this version: A proper dashboard/home screen. And the + button here is just spam tbh. Nothing functional there.
The Us tab: I don't think this belongs in the app. Just keep it on you social media please so I can choose to ignore it đ€ If you insist having it in the app, put it somewhere appropriate. I don't feel this deserves or need to be the second thing in the menu.
The Profile screen: I'm not a big fan of the whole gamification you're doing, but that's fine. However keeping the badges on top is not very user friendly with regards to looking at you spending profile. Perhaps these could just scroll up too?
This whole update feels like exactly the kind of thing I am trying to avoid with bunq tbh. I hope the future is brighter. Because I feel ripped off tbh.

Hi team-Bunq! I see a lot - A LOT - of feedback. Both here as in the AppStore reviews (and reddit). I guess it's too much to fix over the weekend. Is it possible to rollback to V2 and take a good amount of time to re-release V3?

A request, probably somewhere in this topic, but due to policy to gather all feedback in 1 giant topic, here goes:
- stop pushing the green features. I have a premium supergreen subscription, but I don't care about how many trees I've planted
- stop pushing your marketing talk in the + options: If I want to open en subaccount, or order a travelcard, I don't care how many millions people deposited over the years or how much money was saved through ZeroFX. I'm already paying a lot of money, so I don't want spam.
- make + more usefull. It's seems like everything was put there that couldn't fit in one of the 3 main screens, and they tossed a coin on where to put them.
- be a bit more bank, less bunq.

Please Bunq. Look at the feedback here. Donât delete negative feedback. Look at the App Store Reviews. Go back to V2 and work on V3 again. Itâs just not acceptable for a banking app. Everything I am thinking about the new app has already been said by other users.
If the app stays like this, even with small changes, I wonât be your customer for much longer.

Same transaction. Indicates different card used đ€Źđ€Ź. How do I know the account that is used?! This is a mess!
When I use the search function it shows a different card compared to finding the transaction under the specific account manually.

Its just an attempt to optimize the application for sales conversion. âOh look i havenât planted any trees yet, i should definitely invest in a higher tier membershipâ.
Vielleicht sollte man nÀchstes Mal Leute in die beta einladen die etwas davon verstehen, sieht so aus als ob nichts getestet wurde!

Komm ne, wir haben 90% der Bugs die hier kritisiert werden rechtzeitig gemeldet. Und einige wurden auch erst in der Release-Version eingefĂŒhrt. Also bitte bunq kritisieren, nicht andere User.

Three MAJOR design principles that apply here:
1. Blame the product, not the user
2. Don't fix what ain't broken
3. K.I.S.S. â Keep it simple, stupid
Looking at the vast amount of feedback (and closing/removing threads pinpointing this feedback), people are not happy with the update, and disappointed in the response given when they ask how on earth essential functions have been hidden ("But it's really simple! đđȘ"), while the most trivial information has been pushed all the way to the front.
Please Bunq. As a long time user I ask you: swallow your pride. Tell us you fucked up. Put this thing in reverse. Go back to where users were ecstatic about the app and your service, and build from there. Honestly, what did you expect?

Issue: I can no longer find the "Freedom of Choice" options in V3.
such bad UX design, the first thing i look at is "money saved", I couldnt care less about this information. There was nothing wrong with the old design.. What happened? To me it looks like you build this new design with a certain goal in mind but completely forgot about UX and what the people who use this app on a daily basis actually care about.
