• Exploring the amazing bunq V3? Let us know how we can make it even better! (2)

A request, probably somewhere in this topic, but due to policy to gather all feedback in 1 giant topic, here goes:

  • stop pushing the green features. I have a premium supergreen subscription, but I don't care about how many trees I've planted
  • stop pushing your marketing talk in the + options: If I want to open en subaccount, or order a travelcard, I don't care how many millions people deposited over the years or how much money was saved through ZeroFX. I'm already paying a lot of money, so I don't want spam.
  • make + more usefull. It's seems like everything was put there that couldn't fit in one of the 3 main screens, and they tossed a coin on where to put them.
  • be a bit more bank, less bunq.

@Fred-BR#175189 Check aptoide if you are using an android phone!

Why did you remove the ‘from’ indication on transaction details? I would like to see that account that this transaction went from:

Please Bunq. Look at the feedback here. Don‘t delete negative feedback. Look at the App Store Reviews. Go back to V2 and work on V3 again. It’s just not acceptable for a banking app. Everything I am thinking about the new app has already been said by other users.
If the app stays like this, even with small changes, I won’t be your customer for much longer.

Same transaction. Indicates different card used 🤬🤬. How do I know the account that is used?! This is a mess!

When I use the search function it shows a different card compared to finding the transaction under the specific account manually.

@Tristan-Grey-Tiger#173047 Tristan’s post may be a bit passive aggressive, but sadly its the truth. In relation to previous releases, this release doesn’t add any real value for me. Its just an attempt to optimize the application for sales conversion. “Oh look i haven’t planted any trees yet, i should definitely invest in a higher tier membership”.

Also bitte bunq kritisieren, nicht andere User.

Three MAJOR design principles that apply here:
                  1. Blame the product, not the user
                  2. Don't fix what ain't broken
                  3. K.I.S.S. – Keep it simple, stupid

Looking at the vast amount of feedback (and closing/removing threads pinpointing this feedback), people are not happy with the update, and disappointed in the response given when they ask how on earth essential functions have been hidden ("But it's really simple! 🌈💪"), while the most trivial information has been pushed all the way to the front.

Please Bunq. As a long time user I ask you: swallow your pride. Tell us you fucked up. Put this thing in reverse. Go back to where users were ecstatic about the app and your service, and build from there. Honestly, what did you expect?

Issue: I can no longer find the "Freedom of Choice" options in V3.

such bad UX design, the first thing i look at is "money saved", I couldnt care less about this information. There was nothing wrong with the old design.. What happened? To me it looks like you build this new design with a certain goal in mind but completely forgot about UX and what the people who use this app on a daily basis actually care about.

@vanMetelen#174762 Helemaal mee eens.

@StefanK#175402 Wow, that's a serious issue. If these kind of mistakes can occur, how do we know that our money is actually safe?

@Jakob-Y#175414 Davon hat man ja nichts mitbekommen, kenn es nur aus anderen projekten das das feedback oft mangelhaft ist.
Aber schön wenn ich mich gerade irre.

@Mischa#175429 I am sure your money won’t evaporate. But still, this is not saving me time, every time 🤣. Sure they will fix it. To bad Bunq is not sending out a proper response that they screwed up and are working hard to fix it. (AND in the meanwhile release a separate app, V2, that actually does banking they way it should be).

Anyone else having to re activate tap and pay over and over again? Looked pretty stupid in front of the lady in the supermarket today.

@bunq#173009 the app became very dark and messy. Turning to black maybe has a purpose but it makes it very sad which is not aligned with your brand colorful energy . Removing thumbnails pic of the account is in my vision a mistake - seeing the pictures of my kids on their account always makes me smile when I open the app, yet this removes this more human connection.
Going to tap&pay is less practical.
I do like the overview in terms of tree planted and I think people would have appreciated much more if other functionality weren't so messy.
