Zou graag zien dat de together topics van bunq gepind worden bovenaan de lijst en dan met name de updates waar aan gewerkt wordt. Zou wellicht een hoop terugkerende vragen schelen. De headers zoals uit V2 is in V3 niet meer, dus ze verdwijnen snel naar beneden.

V3 ist einfach schrecklich schlecht und unübersichtlich! Never change a running system! Die schlimmste Veränderung ever! Warum habt ihr so spektakuläre Veränderung an einer wirklich schönen APP vorgenommen? Ich habe so vielen Leuten vorgeschwärmt und jetzt komme ich kaum zurecht, echt peinlich! Wir sind alle Familie hier mit 4 Konten, bleibt es so, dann sind wir weg! Bin total enttäuscht!

Ich denke V3 war die größtmögliche Marketing technische Katastrophe die man sich für ein Unternehmen hätte vorstellen können.

Ich denke ich solltet wieder and Zeichenbrett gehen, diesmal mit Feedback der Community (und nicht mit voller Fahrt dagegen). Am besten nennt ihr es gleich V4 und gibt uns V2 zurück, damit ihr nicht 60% der Kunden verliert.

Please communicatie about the changes you guys are going to make. The app is laughable bad. The plus button is unclear. The only thing I like is the camera in the bottom menu.

But: please be public about what things you are going to change and when.

I’m also not very pleased by the new app. Most bugs I experience have already been reported here. I do still miss the old function to exclude certain accounts from the ‘total’ view. Is there a way to do this in V3 or is this also something that’s missing?

Hey, the update is really close to deal breaker for me.

Features I loved are ruined.
- my own account icons
- account name length is limited now, my names don’t fit anymore
- plus thing is confusing
- not useful information on ‘me’ and cannot change it
- difficult to find things. Ie took awhile to find support desk
- changing accounts for cards is weird and long winded.

Seems that ux people had a blast doing redesign, they just forgot the user... bank app is a tool for me, it needs to be simple and clear.

Battery usage of V3 is terribly high. @bunq please add ‘optimize energy consumption’ to the ever growing list of issue that need to be fixed (but should have been fixed in beta).

I was a bit anxious of updating after all negative messages, but after some using and just taking the time to discover, here below my constructive feedback:

Overall it’s better then I read in all the negative comments. Some things are better, but there are certainly some things that urgently need improvements...

General:
⁃ Please introduce day mode (not only dark mode). There is a reason it’s called day and night mode
⁃ The plus sign is not always very intuitive, eg. On the “Me” sheet, I do not need all Personal and Business options (for sure not if I’m not a business user...) I do not create an account, joint account everyday, etc. These kind of stuff are “Profile” related
⁃ I liked the menu at the bottom of V2 much more.
⁃ iPad version is not finished at all, and need polishing. If you offer an iPad app, the app should be optimised for it and not just an enlarged version with small pop-up windows...

Me:
⁃ I like the bubbles on top, but as a premium user (non-green), there is absolutely no added value in showing “0 trees”. It is really not going to encourage me to pay more ...
⁃ Also the time saved is not meaningful at all. Opening an additional account means 1 week time saved, this is so random...
⁃ Rather make the bubbles customisable. I’d rather have up there my “Total amount”, “Money saved” and “Number of Card”. I do not like having the “total amount” and “number of cards” in the overview below...
⁃ Why not add the possibility to pay, move money etc. Also in the + menu. Now you first have to click an account and then click the next + menu... Too much clicks
⁃ Cards-overview: Please make it more clear which are physical cards and which are virtual, eg. Splitting the view: on top physical card, below the virtual cards

Us:
⁃ Useless to have an Instagram feed. Put the 0 trees (me-bubble) for my part at this tab
⁃ It’s too much clicks to go to the “Together” forum

Profile:
⁃ Bubbles have really no added value, put the add-ons under the + menu.
⁃ Why is the support under the + menu in this tab, and not in the tab “Us” ??

Het menu achter de plus-knop op de 'van ons' tab werkt heel slecht!

-Soms staan er dubbele menu items in het menu
-Soms missen er menu items in het menu.
-Soms correspondeert het icoon van het menu item niet met de tekst.
- Soms is de tekst van een menu item verwisseld met de tekst van een ander menu item.
-Soms klik je op een menu item, en gebeurt er niets.
-Soms klik je op een menu item, en navigeer je naar de pagina van een ander menu item.

In de beta zat dit ook al, maar blijkbaar is de app al gereleased zonder dit op te lossen.

Nog een bug: Als je een tekst typt op together, en de tekst is groter dan het scherm, kan je niet helemaal naar boven in te tekst scrollen om je tekst te controleren. De bovenste twee regels blijven buiten beeld.
