    Some things i would like to see improved:
    - In the overview of all payments: When i click on a payment spent/received, i cannot see from/to which account it was payed.
    - I cannot add a note or receipt to a request payment.
    - Where can i find Together in the app?
    The rest has already been mentioned.

      I know Bunq is trying hard to fix bugs but it’s the usability that I dislike so much and they are doing nothing about that.
      - The social media tab,
      - the huge + button forever present over the data I want to see,
      - the gamification of the app with useless stats,
      - and finally the greatly degraded ability to do simple banking actions.

      I was going to wait until the end of the month but I see no chance to revert back to the old app. I have move my money out of my accounts. When they arrive on the other side, I will leave Bunq. I had such hi hopes. They lost my trust in 48 hours. What a shame. Bye.

            @Roderick141#176183 Exactly what you said Roderick. If they could do even just the things you mention, V3 would only be 60% worse than V2.

              The app could be made awesome by rearranging the information. Put information where it’s needed and where it is logical to find.

              The app is not ill designed or a disaster, it’s just not logical to find what you need.

              I’m a huge fan of the new design, it’s just that the functionality is somewhat impaired due to the ill placement of important bits of information.

                This is not an app design, it's a marketing campaign. I don't want supergreen, I AM ALREADY YOUR CUSTOMER. Please revert to V2, then gather feedback on what could be improved.

                I'm all for sustainability and the environment, but I put my time and money for those causes elsewhere. So just let my banking app be my banking app.

                  Plus j’explore cette application plus je me dis que chez Bunq, c’est le service marketing qui a pris le pouvoir sur tout. Et vu que le marketing de Bunq est mauvais... (il n’y a qu’à voir comment ils ont communiqué sur la fin de l’offre « joint »...) - s’il vous plaît 🙏 laissez le marketing pour vos futurs clients. Nous avons besoin d’une application bancaire puissante et professionnelle, pas de statistiques foireuses et inutiles partout. Bunq par pitié redevenez Bunq sinon on va tous vous quitter

                    Auch können geplante Zahlungen nicht mehr bearbeitet werden, nur noch das komplette löschen einer geplanten Zahlung ist möglich. Warum?

                            Strangely inside the bunq app I can't see these feedback threads (see image). But here on the internet I can so here comes my feedback:

                            The back button closes the app instead of going to the home screen (a bug I filed years ago and was solved). Please make the tree stuff for people who want it only (SuoerGreen). I do like the account overview being more dense with 2 columns but I do miss my icons. The us tab is useless to me, feels like one big bunq commercial. I usually install adblockers for that. Like most people, all 3 circles make no sense to me and take up precious space that should be filled with banking related features. From left to right: The money saved is not Money I can do something with. I will never get more than 0 trees because I don't have SuperGreen and I saved 5 weeks apparently, 4 of them by opening an account??? I feel like there are some things that V2 could benefit from almost all of V3 can benefit from things that were better in V2 (imo).

                              Ich muss mich jetzt mit der neuen App beschäftigen und Zeit aufwenden um sie wieder zu verstehen... und eigentlich soll ich durch bunq doch Zeit sparen, oder?

                              Ich würde mir eine „klassische Ansicht“ wünschen um den alten Look wieder zu erhalten.

                                Het sterke van bunq was het gebruikersgemak en het overzicht. Dat is nu helaas totaal verdwenen met al die extra's waar ik niets mee doe. Ik heb vrij veel huurders, dus overstappen is voor mij best een gedoe. Maar als dit zo blijft moet ik die stap maar gaan zetten, het zat er ook al wel een beetje aan te komen met al die dagelijkse updates elke keer.. Echt jammer, maar het mooie van de bunq app is gewoon overleden.

                                    Since it feels like Bunq is not going to bend an inch on the utterly annoying social media and green tree stuff I still would like to request a tiny improvement: could you please let us alter the me grid view into a list view? I can’t read my bank account name 😂😂
