Ik was net fan geworden doordat bunq mij als early adopter 3 maanden gratis gaf het meer gaan gebruiken.. ik vond de V2 app geweldig , waarom nu deze totaal onzinnige remake wat het totaal niet beter maakt door de vele redenen reeds gegeven . Gelukkig updaten mijn apps niet automatisch. Maar ik vind de V3 werkelijk verschrikkelijk, ik rate bunq de beste fintech met alle functies etc . En meest complete innovatieve app en producten. Maar met deze nieuwe App blijft daar weinig gebruiksgemak van over ..
als de V2 app niet naast de huidige app beschikbaar blijft , denk ik eerlijk gezegd het bunq premium het mij niet waard is helaas .
Snap sowieso niet waarom je je hele app om de zoveel tijd helemaal moet omgooien, de bestaande gebruikers zijn er aan gewend en deze update is gewoon echt een verslechtering

Als je zowel een prive- als een zakelijk account hebt, waarbij je gekozen hebt voor allebei weergeven; en je heft het prive-account op, dan worden ook je zakelijke passen verwijderd/gedeactiveerd.

The increased number of clicks to do pretty much anything is really starting to get on my nerves. To even make this post I had to click the Us tab, the plus button, the together button and then the topic. This is not TOO bad as it used to be only 1-2 clicks less.
But when I’m done typing, I have to click back 3 times before I even get to see the menu again and go back to my accounts. This is a little annoying as you want to be able to switch quickly.

I’m a bit disappointed by this version. My online cards were lost after the update then reappeared somehow.
UI is a lot less intuitive than previous version .
Useless info like time saved, trophies , profile completion takes up almost half of my screen and leaves too little space for the data I want.
Us tab is rather useless. I am paying for your product already and don’t want more advertising.
Please refocus on what you’ve been doing great: great banking features and an easy to use UI with all the important information at a glance.

I am just posting to let you know. As many other customers will do it the same way: I will give you a two-months time period to drop the v3, otherwise I will cancel my subscription and switch to another bank. My main pain point is the heavy load of marketing (especially Instagram links/US-tab & subscription marketing even though I am already paying). Your service just doesn't feel right after the update and I am not willing to pay for it.

The font size in the cards section is different, bigger, than the font size of the sub accounts. The bigger font isn't very pretty (subjective) and makes it less useful, because less visable description. Maybe use consistent font size? And the colours of the cards is mwah, specifically the brownish colour of the fysical cards. More vibrant colours suits bunq better, I think.

Cannot open bank account for myself anymore! Only shared bank accounts. Silly and a huge error. Testing is more efficient if done before publishing and distributing the app.

I’m out alll the waaay out. This new version is not clear at all. Way to many unnecessary things happening at once. Honestly, we pay money because we want better banks that listens to us, however, I don’t feel like this is the cas at the moment. If it doesn’t change, I unfortunately will not be using bunq anymore.

I realize there is no going back to the old app. But please integrate the same functionalities in the new one, like creating a bank account (not only a shared one) changing the daily limit (in an easy way, not by forcing a pop-up to show up by transferring a huge amount) and so on. I mean, bunq is a bank as far as I know, so creating a new private bank account en being able to change daily limits seems very basic functionality.

I love bunq but I think you have killed it. Speaking as a software developer, I know people always whine about UI refreshes. But the basics are now wrecked. Account names are cut off. The core functions (accounts, events, cards) are gone from the bottom, making room for unimportant features. Account pictures are gone. My wife’s phone is updated and it took us 5 minutes to find the card menu. When we did, the fun card names are all cut off. You have taken something delightful in my life and turned it into n26 bland banking. Please let us revert to v2.

Next Problem: it’s not possible to copy credit card numbers. Everyday something new, that sucks at v3.
