My all always crashed whenever I click on this „Notifications“ setting inside the Common Goals three-point menu.

In v3, where can i find the bunq.me links section? Seriously I cannot find it anywhere.

Gelukkig heb ik V3 op een telefoon gezet die niet in gebruik is, alleen om te kijken. Er kan heel veel kritiek geleverd worden, heb ik even geen zin in.

Wat moet veranderen: dark/light mode, in V2 kon je zien van welke rekening het bedrag ging door op het bedrag te klikken (nu moet je door al je rekeningen klikken om dat uit te zoeken), het totaalbedrag is nu het bedrag van al je gekozen rekeningen (vroeger niet, je kon naar believen rekeningen aan- of uitzetten die voor het totaal mee moesten tellen).

Deze lijst is niet compleet.

Natuurlijk is de plus zeer irritant, dat moet veranderd. Van ons; weg (zelden zal ik daar kijken). De drie bovenste knoppen; weg ermee (ik ben geen bomenknuffelaar. Blijft bij mij dus altijd op nul staan. De andere info; geen interesse).

I am asked to comment here. Apparently I merged my private and 2 business accounts. I don’t remember being asked.

Now, I can access my business accounts anymore separately. Not even using the long press on the profiles button. It just shows my private profile. How do I get my bursjness accounts back?

This is a bit scary I have to say. I wish I could visit or call a bank office where someone could help me.

Payments
in V2 I could quickly see who did the payment and from or to which account. I cant see that anymore, this kind of breaks our overview on things. For example: I just received a payment… so when I click the push or open the transaction in all events…. I cant see were the money went to. So I have to manually check all my accounts to find the payment.

ME screen
The screen groups accounts by owner. But in my household ownership of the accounts isn't a thing. Some account we share via Connect others are Joint... So I rather would love to be able to ungroup tiles. Just show me all tiles. The effect now is that I cant put our Grocery Account on top of the screen because I dont own that account.

Like everyone else i'm also having a bad experience with this version and wanted to bring my vote. I think most of the feedback is already given and i believe that there is a way to make V3 work, but give your users the FREEDOM to customize how they want it. A friend of mine already said that V3 wasn't an upgrade and unfortunately my phone updated the app automatically.

🔹 When i wanted to keep the accounts seperate, it persisted everytime to merge them together while switching accounts. Having the FREEDOM to choose if i want to merge or not would be a solution. Or maybe i just want 2 of the 5 accounts merged? Just give me the choice.
🔹 Like everyone else i think it's very very messy. For an example, i use a lot of planned payments and now i need to open an account > planned payments and then i see ALL the planned payments.
🔹I wasn't even able to open Together in the app, it just doesn't work. I needed to go to my laptop to open this page.
🔹 Where is the support button?
🔹 Where are the online cards?
🔹 And all the other feedback from others +1 ;-)

Just process the feedback and give everyone their own choice how they want the app. The biggest problem in my opinion in this version is that i don't have that freedom at all.

O jongens toch, geen mogelijkheid meer om zakelijke rekening te bereiken. Email verificaties die niet werken en geen bankkantoor of papier om te bewijzen wat ik met mijn bedrijf bezit. De angst slaat me om het hart.

This is something that needs to be reverted real quick. I use bunq because of the fantastic app, but it now became one of the worst online banking apps out there. So much unneeded information everywhere, telling me "how awesome bunq is!". It looks bad (subjective), the UX is horrendous (I had to look up how to transfer money! THIS IS A BANKING APP), Time/Money/CO2 saved?? Why is this so prominently displayed? It's not interesting information at all!

I'll give it a month before I'm moving to a competitor.
