  • [FIXED] Bug: Tap & Pay via phone NFC is constantly being disabled after activating

Ik heb hetzelfde probleem; na 1x gebruikt te worden wordt de tap en pay pas weer gedeactiveerd / samsung a70

    Het begint eigenlijk best irritant te worden. Ik gebruik Tap & Pay voor al mijn kaart betalingen.

    Kan iemand van bunq bevestigen dat er aan een oplossing wordt gewerkt. Dan weet ik in ieder geval dat het is opgepakt.

      Ik kan ook niet met m'n telefoon betalen. Tot gisteren geen probleem. Vandaag werkt het niet meer.

          Can you please make sure you all update your app to the 14.0.13 version? It should be fixed in this version 🙌

            Het lijkt er op dat het probleem is opgelost in de laatste update. 😀🥳

            En het betaalkaarten scherm is ook veel mooier en functioneler geworden! Je kan nu veel makkelijker switchen tussen gekoppelde rekeningen en er is ook een betaalknop die snel te vinden is. Ik ben blij!

                Co changed the title to [FIXED] Bug: Tap & Pay via phone NFC is constantly being disabled after activating.

                  Cannot reproduce my problem with version 14.1.1 ty for the fix

                    Please note that we recently disabled the Tap&Pay feature as we keep striving towards constant improvement of the app and Tap & Pay does not fit in this picture. We let users that previously activated Tap & Pay use it on their devices, however we are unable to offer it to users that currently want to activate it (on new device for example).

                    Google Pay is a great option as well and it practically works the same. If you wish, you can find out more about Google Pay and how to enable it on this page Currently, it is indeed available only in Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and the UK.
