  • Still can’t switch profiles

The long press on the profile button doesn’t work for me, because it’s showing only my private account. However the busieness accounts are showing on the main screen but I can access them separately.

When I click add on the profile screen I type my email address and code but it starts verifying my email address again?

I’m really confused please help.

    @Chester-Golden-Quokka#174878 Further to this after the email address verification completes, it reopens the app but it goes into an endless checking loop. And it wants to know which director I am???! I can’t access my money please help me.

      I also have a business account besides my personal account at bunq. Reading your post, I think it's better to wait updating to V3 after bunq made the distinction between personal and business accounts? I read that they're working on that and planning to release it somewhere in the coming days/weeks.

          @Iegnid-Magenta-Swan#175014 Bunq rekeningen zijn rekeningen zoals iedere andere bank. Wanneer je de IBAN doorgeeft aan je werkgever kan je loon zonder problemen op een bunq rekening worden gestort.

            @thijsoost#174989 ok thanks for letting me know. Definitely better to wait if you still can or switch banks. This gives me the creeps.

              @Chester-Golden-Quokka#175040 Hmm, I'm hoping bunq will improve their v3 with the feedback provided by users, but if I still dislike the app after a few weeks, then I guess I'll look for a different bank (with pain in my heart, after using bunq for a few years now)
