When I try to pay with my phone it doesn't work. It's like my debit card is not activated. How can I make it work?

    You probably have to activate Tap & Pay again. It broke for me after the forced upgrade the V3, and I had to reactivate it serveral times before it worked. You can also ask support, but I doubt they will have time to deal with it these days.

      Bei mir ging es auch nicht. War nicht lustig an der Tankstelle. Alle meine virtuellen Karten waren plötzlich eingefroren. Auftauen und löschen ging zuerst beides nicht. Ich musste dann neue virtuelle Karten erstellen und sie neu bei Google Pay einfügen. Jetzt geht es wieder. Tap to Pay funktionierte bei mir auch nicht. Aber das nutze ich eh nie. Google Pay ist mir lieber.
