  • How to freeze a card?

    Doesn’t seem to work anymore for Virtual Online Cards 😭😭

        You mean freeze instead of block I hope!

        The V3 Known Issues post says freezing online card is fixed in the latest app versions.

          Virtuelle Karten können mit dem neuen Update von heute wieder gefroren werden. Aber imm noch nicht gelöscht.

            No I have the newest update on iOS it’s still not there.

              Congelare è una cosa bloccare è in altra.

                Newest iOS version has a Freeze button for Online Cards (at least those from V2, don‘t have any other)

                  @bunq dovete mettere la funzione Congelare che serve per sospendere momentaneamente una carta, quando invece si usa il blocco la carta non può essere ripristinata. Lavoro in banca e vi dico non basta il blocco. Dovete rivedere questa funzioni.

                      New app does not have either for me

                        @Willem-Orange-Butterfly#177538 Hi Willem,

                        Make sure you check the App Store for updates and download the latest bunq update (there has been a new fix not too long ago).

                        In the latest version, got to the ‘Me’ menu, click on cards, then click on the card you want to freeze and the click the big plus button. It should give you the option to freeze a card.

                        If that option is not there, check again that you’re on the latest version of the app and if that’s the case you should contact support.
