  • Not able to open multiple support tickets? (Android)

There's no option to create a new support ticket in the support center... Seems to me that's a pretty vital feature?

    Try "I Have a Question" followed by "My question is not here" ?

      I don't have any such option in the new support center since the app update...

          This is what I get when I select 'Profile' > '+' > 'Support Center'. I can only view existing tickets.

            @Roald-Pink-Eagle#177075 Apparently in the current Android version you can only create a new ticket if you don‘t have any open tickets anymore.

            Alternatively you could maybe send an email to support@bunq.com from the email address that you use with your bunq account.

              Hmm that's pretty unfortunate, I'm hitting several issues/bugs since the new app upgrade and now I have to either a) go through them one-by-one, or b) put several in one open issue. Feels like this customer journey hasn't been thought through completely :-)

                @Roald-Pink-Eagle#177084 Probably just a bug in of itself. Because on iOS you can open multiple tickets inside the app.

                  Seems also on IOS that new support tickets created and closed are not shown in chronological order either. The latest closed ticket is shown at bottom of list. Took me ages to find a closed ticket. I thought I was loosing my mind.

                      I agree, it should be possible to open multiple tickets. Sometimes there are multiple issues that need to be reported separately.
