What can I do with Pack?
For just €28.99 a month, each member gets their own Easy Bank Pro account and access to all of bunq’s amazing features.
You can decide which combination works best for you, your friends and family, or your business. Only the owner of the bunq Pack will be billed and each group member will have their own, private bunq Easy Bank Pro account for only €7.25 per person.
How can I switch to bunq Pack?
Follow the steps below to create your own Pack:
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Plan
- Tap on Switch Plans
- Select bunq Pack
- Tap on Get bunq Pack
- Tap on Add a friend
- Select the person/business you want to invite
- Send the invitation
Note: Your plan will only switch to the bunq Pack once the invitation has been accepted. Please note, if you previously had a prepaid Easy Bank Pro or Easy Bank Pro XL subscription, joining a Pack will not result in a refund for the prepaid subscription.
How can I add someone to my bunq Pack?
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Plan
- Tap the + on the empty spot to add a friend
- Follow the flow
How can I remove someone from my bunq Pack?
You can easily do that in the app! Just follow the steps below:
- Go to your Profile
- Tap on Plan
- Click on the pack member you would like to be removed (Select member under bunq Pack)
- Remove bunq pack member
Closing an account when you have bunq Pack
If a member of a Pack closes his account temporarily, he'll be removed from the Pack. Reactivating the account will take them to the Easy Bank Pro plan.
If an owner of a Pack closes his account temporarily, the Pack is canceled but it'll still be active until the Pack end date. After the end date all members are moved to Easy Bank Pro.
How can I close or leave a bunq Pack?
Simply follow these steps:
- Go to Profile
- Click on Plan
- Select Leave Pack
- Done ✅
