Is this still active? 2024 and I have the same issue with 2 notifications under Profile that will never disappear.

Our developers are already aware of the situation and are working on a solution. Before they can release a fix, they will thoroughly test everything, which takes time. This is done to make sure everything runs smoothly and to give you the best possible bunq experience. Once a fix has been released, you’ll be notified in the app, so that you won't be seeing any unnecessary notifications anymore!

Android app shows notification badge on Home icon. Don't know why and don't know how to get rid of it.

Any update? This is what is listed under "action needed" for me, but there is nothing to do... And they seem to be all bots

The brighten up these persistent notifications, I've asked support to tell a joke, so I can see the preview in the notifications. Much better now!
