Bij mij het zelfde. Al een week of 5. De laatste dagen wel nieuwe updates maar helaas het probleem blijft bestaan. Bunq heeft zoveel moois gerealiseerd. Maar sinds V3 ben ik echt ontevreden zoals velen. Bunq pak de transparantie weer op. Vergeet je basis niet!! De mensen die in de beginne investeerden en nog steeds doen. Die mensen, die mensen heb je nodig om te kunnen groeien!! Kwaliteit of kwantiteit. Wees eerlijk en transparant! Alsjeblieft!

Bei mir ist das bei Profil-> Support. Ich habe aber alle Nachrichten geöffnetbund gelesen. Es ist leicht nervig.

Waarom wordt dit niet opgelost??

Jup bij ook. Heb het gehad op de saldo pagina maar nu alleen nog op de support. Is begonnen nadat er daadwerkelijk bij support zich wat had afgespeeld maar is sindsdien niet meer weg gegaan.

I have the same issue with the support center. Private matters has three unread messages according to the bubble but I have openend everything.

I have a notification on the support section too, but nothing to get rid of it.
Please can it be cleared?
Or can we have a 'Clear/Mark All Read' option?

Ik heb ook nog steeds een meldings indicator staan. Gaat al weken niet weg. Erg irritant. Kan deze bug niet gewoon gefixt worden? Niet echt een blijk van kwaliteit dat dit soort simpele dingen nog steeds stuk zijn...
