I've got the same problem, a random ghost notification in the support center :/

    I have the same issue with the support center. Private matters has three unread messages according to the bubble but I have openend everything.

      I have a notification on the support section too, but nothing to get rid of it.
      Please can it be cleared?
      Or can we have a 'Clear/Mark All Read' option?

        We are working on a major refactor of the push system to make everything more clear. Please hang on to your seats; it's going to be wonderful, I promise :)!

                        It's been since release that this is an issue. How is this not fixed yet?

                          Ik heb ook nog steeds een meldings indicator staan. Gaat al weken niet weg. Erg irritant. Kan deze bug niet gewoon gefixt worden? Niet echt een blijk van kwaliteit dat dit soort simpele dingen nog steeds stuk zijn...

                            Hier ook een probleem met een meldingsindicator, alleen bij komt deze van de support vragen af. Heel irritant! Kan dit gefixt worden?

                                Support can reset individual counters (which shows they're not based on a live query but some separate counter, distinct from the actual events that should cause notifications).

                                But it's an extremely temporary fix. I've even seen that directly after "fixing" the counters were wrong again (possibly because the reply on support itself generated a notification that wasn't cleared)

                                    Me too. I have a "1" on the € after Identity verification always on.
