  • [Fixed] Anyone else having issues paying with virtual cards?

Is it a "old" (created in v2) or a new card? I'm having troubles with the V2 ones, as many others as well. Support is on it, but it might speed things up if there are more tickets. I'm waiting for a solution since last week...

    Of course they should get to fix that as soon as possible. But personally I just created new virtual cards in V3 because they seem to work more reliably. Haven't had any issues since I did that.

      Crashes multiple times. Needs full resetup, also when switching bank account, but even just out of the blie. This is since the last update on my Android device (OnePlus7pro). Please please fix this!

        Even tap pay in some accounts like mine doesn't work!
        Among other things, after the update this morning, 5 "Tap & Pay" cards appeared!

        This is crazy, it almost makes me think it could be an api issue

          @Bob-Pink-Unicorn#178877 Dit probleem had ik een maand geleden ook, contact met support, zou zijn neergelegd bij programmeurs, nooit meer iets gehoord. In de vorige versie kon ik mijn support conversaties nog raadplegen, die zijn nu ook verdwenen.

            Die fout krijg ik dus ook, maar dan niet met ‘online’ kaart maar met ‘gewone’ kaart
