With Version 14.0.4 the App improved again at some important points.

Some further improvement suggestions:

• Always display the full transaction details in the transaction page (therefore remove the „show more“ button).

• Situate the new “pay / request / add money” buttons in the ⚡️menu down to the bottom of the page and not at the upper side. On big displays reaching there three (important) buttons is difficult if they are placed at the top of the menu.

• Change the chronological order of the question order when making a payment. As a user I think it’s more practical to first select the account from which the payment will be made, then select the receiver and finally set the amount.

• The color scheme of sub accounts can only be changed when selecting a symbol and not if an image is chosen for personalization. But despite an image is set, the past color scheme still is there and cannot changed (or removed). My suggestion: separate the personalization of the appearance in two steps - 1. set a color scheme and 2. chose a symbol or image. So these two options are independent from each other.

@Adri#181500 This is possible with the option of “visible accounts” in the menu behind the three dots (...) at the right top of the screen.
This option subtract the amount of I selected sub-accounts from the “total tile” but therefore also hides the unselected sub-accounts from the tile view in general.

Het gaat de goede kant op. Als we de bovenkant van het scherm optioneel kunnen maken (aantal bomen en tijdbesparing, etc). Is dat voor mij weer een stap in de goede richting. Daarnaast merk ik op dat er notificaties zijn van mijn slice groep, maar ik kan deze niet verwijderen.

@michael-#181504 If accounts are deselected under "Visible subaccounts", they are no longer displayed as tiles. However, only the amount should be ignored - this was still possible in V2.

Lieve Bunq,

Omdat jullie vragen om het door te geven wanneer jullie iets gemist hebben... die drie cirkels bovenin. Met dat digitale bos wat jullie aan het bouwen zijn. Die heb ik als feature nooit gemist, en die feature hebben jullie nog gemist om uit de app te halen. De gemotiveerde reden voor deze vraag tot verwijdering is het feit dat ik geen bomen ga planten via Bunq. Ik zal geen Supergreen abonnement nemen. En vind het jammer dat de app als ‘marketing’ wordt ingezet om continue te proberen te ‘upsellen’.

Voor €9 per maand extra en elke €100 die ik uitgeeft wordt er 1 slechts boompje geplant. Als ik daar echt in geïnteresseerd ben, zal ik dat elke maand via bijvoorbeeld https://treesforall.nl/ regelen. Voor slechts €12,50 heb ik dan al meteen 2 bomen geplant!

Met de light mode kun je met zekerheid de streekbus stoppen (door met je telefoon te zwaaien) bij een bushalte op een onverlichte B-weg. :P

De nieuwe app bevalt goed en steeds beter. In aanvulling van de huidige app zou ik graag nog het volgende kunnen zien/doen:

• Rekeningen kiezen (incl. connected) voor weergave totaalbedrag, zonder rekeningen te hiden. 
• Opstarten van de app sneller maken
• Drie cirkels op de Me pagina kunnen customizen.
• Hide balance onder lightning knop. 
• Meer info op transactie direct vertonen. Scheelt een klik en vind ik er mooier uitzien dan zo’n lege pagina  
• bunq.me onder lightning knop op profile pagina i.p.v. Us. 
• Visuals op Us en Profile pagina afgerond maken zoals met de account tegels van Me pagina
• Notities Kunnen toevoegen aan incasso’s
• Als ik nu op een pas klik is er heel veel ruimte beschikbaar, kunnen de opties die nu onder ( ... ) staan hier geplaatst worden? Scheelt ook weer een klik en de pagina is dan gelijk mooi gevuld. 

I also have a few little things that could be changed at short notice. I think the circles and "US" are basically unnecessary, but I believe that bunq won't change that in the long run.

• But I also think the circle for "money requested" is a bit too much. The forecast was not wrong, even if the thumbnail should show the real-time status and not just a standard graphic.

• The circle for "linked cards" should be visualized by number of cards. And if no account is linked to a card, the card logo should be greyed out.

• As an alternative to the forecast, "Money Requested" could also be used by a shortcut for scheduled payments or pending transaction confirmations. You could also switch between circles and the old forecast by wiping.

• The card dialog should show the last payments. The pages are currently very empty.

• Transactions should show all details directly.

• An option to adjust the transparency of account images. And add a black "accent color" for accounts to the selection.

• Turn "Hide account balance" on and off via gesture.

• "Scheduled Payments" should be editable (not just the period) and displayed only for the selected account. Maybe also add it to the longpress menu of accounts.

• Use DeepL instead of Google Translate for translations.

The new card view is really what I wanted since the beginning of v3, great! Not too sure about the flash, the + symbol did. the job too.

1. De kaartenweergave in IOS 14.0.4 is veel beter.

2. Ik sluit me aan bij de veelgehoorde wens om de bomenteller en andere bunq-advertenties te verwijderen, net als het ons - tabblad.Dat zou de app echt veel beter maken. Ik begrijp dat Ali graag de wereld wil redden, maar dat gaat niet lukken door een groot deel van de bunq-gebruikers met de bomen-advertenties weg te jagen. Het moet optioneel zijn en ons niet teveel opgedrongen worden.

3. De tekst van de rekeningen (incl. saldo) is helaas nog steeds niet leesbaar. Het is fijn dat de afbeeldingen terug zijn, maar de uitwerking is nog verre van optimaal.
   Ik weet niet hoe de tekst wel goed leesbaar kan worden als er een afbeelding doorheen staat, maar anderen hebben hier wel suggesties voor gegeven.
   Misschien hoeft de afbeelding niet over het hele rechthoek verdeeld te worden en kan het los getoond worden van de tekst en het saldo? (Zoals in V2 maar dan compacter?)

4. Releasenotes worden erg gewaardeerd, een lijstje met dingen waar jullie mee bezig zijn ook

Bei mir bereitet dir Kartenanzeige Probleme. Wenn ich über Karten einsteige, dann stimmt dir anzeige. Wenn ich von einem Konto über verknüpfte Karten die Karten anzeige, werden gelöschte und stornierte Karten angezeigt. Wenn ich versuche eine dritte Karte zu bestellen, werden mir 9 Euro abgebucht ohne darüber vorher informiert zu werden.

Wat ze zouden kunnen doen is een doorzichtig zwart filter over de afbeeldingen kunnen zetten in de gevallen dat er tekst over de afbeelding komt. Ik heb dat met mijn afbeeldingen gedaan (belichting aangepast) en dat maakt het een stuk leesbaarder.

Het jammere is dat ik dat filter nu overal op de afbeeldingen heb, ook waar ze los staan van tekst. Maar voorlopig werkt dit voor mij.

Noticed a translation error in the Profile settings in the Dutch version.

The upper option has the label “Details rekening”, which suggests is shows the details of a bank account. This should be “Details account” which would refer to the subscription account.

I know English is confusion when you use the word account for both a bank account and a subscription account, but I would have guessed a Dutch bank would know the difference in Dutch.

Very hard to find where to change your account information this way.

@michael-#181504 Oui je sais. C’est justement le problème, j’ai besoin d’afficher mes comptes, mais pas d’avoir le total de tous. Avant on pouvait le faire. Je n’ai pas d’intérêt à avoir la somme de mes comptes perso et joints...

Een bliksemschicht i.p.v. een Plus, wie bedenkt dat? Daar gaat het niet om, wel dat het de hele tijd storend over het scherm zweeft. Plaats het naar de onderste balk aub.

Andere onvolkomenheden zijn al in voldoende reacties gemeld, ik sluit me daarbij aan.
