Ben nu een paar dagen bezig met de V3 app maar wat een volledige ramp is dit! Ik overweeg serieus een overstap naar een andere bank omdat het gewoon ZO slecht is, ik was net behoorlijk gehecht aan Bunq vanwege het gemak, duidelijkheid in betalingen en dergelijke. En dan gaan ze volledig los op BOMEN...... wat ja Bunq the bank for the TREE(s).

De indeling is ronduit slecht te noemen en ik ben volledig het pad telkens opnieuw weer kwijt. Zojuist ook weer; een bedrag overboeken van de ene naar de andere rekening kost me misschien wel 6 of 7 tikken op het scherm en dan wijzigt ook nog eens het bedrag als je schakelt van rekening, WTF.

Heel dat tijd besparen kunnen ze op het hoofdscherm wel schrappen want sinds V3 kost alles me veel meer tijd. Tijd = geld dus ook geld bespaard kunnen ze schrappen. Dan resteert nog de bomen, mijn teller staat nog steeds op 0 bomen dus dat kunnen ze ook schrappen. Ik plant overigens liever bomen in eigen tuin wat meer mensen zouden moeten doen.

Wanneer komt V4 dat alles weer terug bij het oude is met wellicht een verbetering hier of daar?

      @AntalD#182244 Als je kijkt naar de reviews van de afgelopen 1,5 week, denk ik niet dat het op IOS veel beter is. Het is in die periode gezakt van 4,7 naar 4,3 en denk dat er gemiddeld 1 ster gegeven is. Apple Pay werkt wel, in tegenstelling tot Tap & Pay (?)

        @AntalD#182244 In der iOS Version sind viel weniger Fehler enthalten evtl. deswegen. Ich habe beide GerƤte und frage mich warum das nicht gleich ist. Heute war wieder ein Androide Update und wieder wurden keine Fehler behoben. Kƶnnt ihr bitte iOS und Androide gleich machen alles andere macht kein Sinn.

          The most important issues with the v3 app are inconsistency and irrelevant information. I will sum up my findings. I also have some suggestions for improvements. Hope it is helpful! I am running Bunq on Android.

          Issues with the v3 UX/UI

          Inconsistentcy on the Me screen
          On the Me screen, I have three bubbles that show statistics about money saved, trees and time saved. Under that I have two tiles that show my cards and the total of all my accounts. Under that, there are tiles that show my separate accounts. Now when I click on the total, I enter a screen with a list view of events, no bubbles here. When I click Cards, I see tiles with all my cards, also no bubbles here. When I click an account I enter a list view of events for that account and I see three bubbles. One with a total, one with a statistic (money requested) and one with Linked Cards, which is a functional thing. So far I have seen totals in cards and a total in a bubble, statistics in bubbles and even a functionality in a bubble.

          Inconsistency in wording
          The Me screen is about me as a customer. This is a first person. Then there is the Us screen about bunq as a company. This is also a first person. It would be better to have You and Us.

          Inconsistent and irrelevant things in the āš”button
          From the lightning button on the Me screen I can add new accounts, savings goals and slice groups, this makes sense to me. Requesting a Travel Card and upgrading to SuperGreen is different functionality and should be near either cards or subscriptions.

          Under the lightning button on the Us screen, which is about bunq, the top three actions are not about bunq:

          • invite a friend
          • create a +1
          • create a bunq.me link

          Under the lightning button on the Profile page, I can reach out to the Support Center and submit a Feature Request.

          Irrelevant information on the Profile page
          When I go to Profile, I expect to see my personal details, my subscription, preferences, etcetera. These are there, but hidden in a kebab menu. The main screen shows more statistics in bubbles and even more statistics in the Total Spend [sic] breakdown. By the way, it should be "Total Spent."

          Suggestions for improvement

          • Introduce an accounts page in the place that is now Me. Managing accounts and payments is the core functionality of a bank and should be front and center.
          • Replace the Us page with the Me page. On the Me page I would expect to see all statistics that are now out of place under Profile or spread out through the app in the bubbles.
          • Remove the bubbles. They show information hardly relevant for day to day use, but take in about 25% of my screen real estate. Display that information along with the other statistics on the proposed reimplementation of the Me page.
          • If you must, replace the Profile page with the Us page and move the profile into the kebab menu under Me.
          • Only show relevant news in the Us menu. Show relevant news like announcements about new subscription models, for example.
          • There is enough room for a fifth page, which could show cards.
          • Having pictures for an account is nice, much more personal than the rather small selection of predefined icons, but having them as a background on a tile makes the account total very hard to read. Also, it does not look well.
          • Having a big colourful call to action button could be nice, but make available actions match the context of the page you're on.

          Some personal notes

          • Aesthetically, I think you should not have so many differently shaped interface elements. You have rounded tiles, circular bubbles and a plain list view and very large images on your Us feed.
          • While the tiles can show more accounts than a list, I do prefer the list view from v2 for accounts as it shows just a bit more information. It is not a bad thing to have to scroll down for accounts, as I would organize the list so that my most used accounts would be at the top of the list. And having the totals on the right of the screen is just much more in line with how money is presented on receipts, invoices, shopping carts, accounting software and whatnot.
          • The rainbow on the lightning button is way too colourful. Having just one colour as a button background is much easier on the eyes.

            Restore a visible menu item to add an existing account to the app, now you need to long press the profile button which is uncommon app behavior

                Dear Bunq

                I think most of the 'statistics' in the upper part of the screen are somewhat useless. I don't have the feeling I save money, time or trees, and considering that takes about 20% of my screen makes no sense to me. The same applies for statistics on the other tabs: if I already completed my profile, why do I have to see that the whole time?

                Also, I don't understand the circle button-function. This function is always visible, while users usually don't use it. I understand why you would put a permanent button for things that you use everyday, but you don't have to open a new account everyday.

                Furthermore, the 'Us' tab is completely useless. I understand that you want to reach the 'younger' generation, but just adding a feed-like function won't work to my belief. Even if I am interested in what new posts Bunq did, I don't want to see it in my main screen.

                I understand that by be innovative, mistakes can be made. But even better than being innovative is a bank that acknowledges its own mistakes and is able to adapt.

                  Itā€™s currently not possible to block or freeze online cards. This is definitely a necessary feature!

                    Here is what Iā€™ve spotted with V3;
                    - itā€™s not a baking application anymore but more tree saving and yoga learning application.
                    - sending money, accessing information is more difficult than ever
                    - 50% of the screens have nothing to the with service Iā€™m paying for

                      I don't know where to post, mail or send this anymore. I'm feeling betrayed by you, and it's bothering me. I absolutely love youā™„ļø but sadly I've discovered you are not listing to us anymore. You just decide what you think is good for us. I hope you're paying attention, because I don't want to lose this relationship between us, Bunq!šŸŒˆšŸ˜Ÿ

                      The things that are bothering me the most:

                      • A stupid Instagram feed, that forced the events tab to take twice as long to reach?!

                      • A stupid button that has a different use in all screens?! This really makes 0 sense.

                      • All this pushing about tree's, when I don't even have a SuperGreen subscription.

                      And not to forget, the thing that bothers me the most: The fact we lost our teamwork šŸ˜¢ We were such a great team! Bunq and the users. Since the update it's feeling like it's only Bunq.

                      Please, I'm begging you. I don't want to leave BunqšŸ˜Ÿ I still love you. ā™„ļø

                      It's time to make a statement about why you decided to go solo and stop listening to your users.
                      It's time to make a statement about who was responsible for the insta feed.
                      It's time to make a statement about what you're gonna do for the users that don't like V3.

                        News transactions are not marked as unread in the ā€œallā€-screen. In V2, all new transactions in the events tab were marked as unread. That helped a lot. I do not want to open every account separately to see whatā€™s new.

                          By solving problems and contacting your clients. We opened a new bank-account en transferred 7000 euro's to this bank-account. Then it got blocked. Now, 5 days later, we still can't have acces to our money! This is said to be because of a bug in your newest app. Meanwhile helpdesk said: we can't give you a timeframe when this problem will be solved.... What?! We need get to acces our money!

                            @Lars-Lime#182506 Some relationships are worth fighting for, but at the same time you might want to cut the chord when the other no longer loves you back ;). I for one did, yet admittedly I was never in love... just very content. Whereas now, tilted beyond belief. Currently in the process of switching to one of the main, traditional banks. Not perfect, but theyā€™ve actually learnt from the disruptive players and gradually improved. I for one have learned that sometimes stability is worth more than quick ā€˜innovationā€™, even if it means things are implemented at a slower rate.

                              @Paulus-Indigo-Frog#182596 Understandable, but let's hope it doesn't come this far for me. I'm not ready to miss the amazing features like dual pin and auto split.

                                @Lars-Lime#182601 If I had even the slightest belief the app would change its course again for the better (no social feed, pushy tree shenanigans or bizarre button i.e) Iā€™d have waited it out. Hopefully for you Iā€™m wrong :). GL anyways.

                                  Ik vind het erg zoeken in deze nieuwe versie. Ik heb een aantal bedrijven in de app, maar ben niet blij dat ik deze nu in Ć©Ć©n overzicht heb. Een verkeerde overboeking vanaf het verkeerde bedrijf is snel gemaakt.

                                  Ook het huishoudboekje is met mijn zakelijke rekening bijzonder onoverzichtelijk. Ik kan deze wel weer uitschakelen heb ik gezien, maar blijft zoeken. Graag zou ik mijn bedrijven weer willen splitsen.

                                  Daarnaast vind ik de sociale media functie niet iets wat ik in mijn bank-applicatie wil zien. als ik op Instagram wil kijken, dan open ik wel mijn Instagram applicatie.

                                  Ik vind het altijd leuk wanneer een applicatie geĆ¼pdatet wordt. In dit geval vind ik de applicatie niet intuĆÆtief. Het blijft dus veel zoeken en neemt erg veel tijd beslag. De vorige applicatie was intuĆÆtiever dan dezen. Al moet ik zeggen dat hij ook niet fantastisch was, maar daar was ik in ieder geval aan gewend.

                                  Hopelijk bent dit ook weer en anders ga ik toch maar weer bij een andere bank kijken. Jammer, want jullie Story spreekt mij zeker aan. Nog een laatste verzoek. Kun je de boom weghalen, want daar doe ik niets mee.
