Wow, it took me so long to find this place in the new app.

V3 is unclear, unhelpful and unbunq.

If you guys are not fixing the pricing (as me and my wife are now being forced to pay a fortune after the 4 months of old joint reduction). And this ridiculous Instagram app with some broken, unhelpful, unlogic banking features.
We are gone:)

Jongens, Bunq, wat zijn jullie in hemelsnaam aan het doen? Draai de V3 update terug en luister naar jullie klanten. Is niet erg om fouten te maken, maar leer ervan en ga van daaruit werken aan een nieuwe versie. Niet andersom wat nu het geval is.
Ik ben oprecht aan het twijfelen of ik mijn Bunq account nog aanhou als deze versie blijft draaien; overzicht is weg, tap&pay doet het niet, belachelijk veel bugs in een productie omgeving...ronduit teleurgesteld

What are the different colors of the account tiles based on? I have green, orange, yellow, purple etc. Some colors I have once, others to or three times. The colors are also visible in the amount circle when you’re in a specific account. You also see the colors below the cards on the card screen. Do they have any meaning, or are they just random?

@Zjiep-Orange-Eagle#181646 it’s based on the colour you have set for that account! Open an account ... goto settings and choose Personalize Sub-Account

@JohnDo#181654 Of nog beter, geef de keuze (iets wat bij bunq past), mooi customize menu waarin met alles aan en uit kan zetten.

Geen insta, zet het uit, geen bomenteller, zet het uit, etc.

No worries everyone, we can now personalize exactly as we want! Finally we can remove those weird KPIs which are nothing more than marketing! And we won’t need the shown tooltip either! (The one trying to fix unclear UI with tooltips should hand in their UX degree)

I just tried to install an add-on, but only at the very end of the flow, I am confronted with a paid subscription. It’s misleading not to communicate about additional cost at the start.

@Michiel#181761 Wo versteckt sich diese Personalisierung denn? Die blöden CO2, Geld, Bäume gespart bekomme ich weiterhin nicht weg. Auch den vollkommen unnötigen und lästigen „Wir“ tab bekomme ich nicht weg als personalisierung

Will you roll back to V2 now that it’s clear that’s what customers want?

@Michiel#181761 Je kunt niet de lay-out van de app personaliseren. Je kunt add-ons toevoegen. Niet helemaal het zelfde, of waar mensen op gehoopt hadden.

Kleuren weggehaald?

Waar zijn sommige kleuren gebleven bij een Spaardoel/rekening (Bijvoorbeeld grijs)

@Ralph-Atlin#181812 I know. I was being sarcastic. The popup/tooltip is another example of bad UX and even more marketing talk. “Personalize exactly as you want” is simply not true.

@bunq#179373 Ik kan de Nederlandse Switch Service om van bank te wisselen niet vinden in de v3 app.. Bij de oudere versie kon je het via profiel bereiken maar ik kan nu de optie niet meert terug vinden. Heeft iemand hier ervaring mee?
