I'm not sure what prompted the change and with whom it was tested. The previous app was simple, clear, and aligned to its purpose as a banking app. The current app seems to be a hybrid social media app and key functionality is hidden or ambiguous.
I currently cannot tell the difference between physical and online cards.
What is the purpose of the "Us" tab, it literally has no relevance to my banking and has replaced easy access to useful functionality.
Why are counters for "CO2 saved" and "time saved" given higher priority over actual banking account data on the landing screen?
Why are add-ons, profile completion and trophies more prominent in the profile section than the transaction summary data which is actually useful?
Progress and innovation is great, but only when it remains aligned to the purpose and function of any given tool or application ... which in the case of bunq v3, it does not.
